This appears to be a website issue: I'm trying to begin a PFS scenario subscription, but can't seem to progress through "subscription options". I frequently get thrown out to whatever page I was on before I went to the checkout.

I have submitted the order on my end. You will be receiving an email confirmation. What I saw was that there was not a payment method attached to the order. I attached the one on your account.
