Scar looks around a bit confused, but nonetheless relieved. Despite his bravado, he had yet to really acquire the skill needed to survive a prolonged encounter when outnumbered. He goes over to where the interrogation is going on, and watches quietly. After a while, he speaks up, "The little crud probably doesn't have anything of value to say anyway," as he examines his morningstar intently.
Jeren shakes his head (in agreement). He motions to Rhuuk. "Bind and search. Break or take items. We don't slaughter prisoners, and anyhow, we have a destination to get to."
"Gag him as well," he adds as an afterthought.
Perception
Lethe lets the other interogate the man as she keeps an eye on things.
Perception
"Well, well, well, what have we here? Afraid someone is going to steal your precious bauble, are you? Or it is perhaps something more that we should know about?"
Lethe notices the bauble "Looks.........erm flashy?"
Reth allows Sgt. Scar to take the lead only nodding at his statement. Reth will pick.up one of the tiny constructs and inspect it.
Perception
"Anyone hurt?" Serenity stands ready to render aid if anyone is wounded, otherwise she awaits further orders.
Puzzled by the reaction of his comrades he lowers his lance just in case the creature tries something.
From inside his mask Reth's voice sounds cold and metallic, "Mistress, why would your Mistress not give you any baubles? Is she not concerned for your safety here in this dangerous land?"
"......If you dont have a bauble what is that then?" She points right at the flashing thing
"Reth, do you detect it as magical? Point this bauble out. Lethe, thank you."
Rhuuk snarls, "Hey gaa'taat, just give it up before we take it." While tightening the grip on his lance.
"The silver flame did not bestow upon me such a gift this day, Serenity can you dobthe honors?"
Scar just watches quietly, content to let others do the dirty work with the prisoner.
"Host. Give it NOW!"
Jeren points his hammer at the man's arm but swings it a bit clumsily as he does so, perhaps a bit off-put by the Mournland.
"just a moment, keep your shirt on." Looking where they are pointing, she studies the creature carefully.
"It would do you well to be cooperative before my companions loose what restraint they have. You are not the reason we are here, our quarrel is not with you. Who are you working for, who is this mistress??"
nightflier is having internet issues.
"......I think he likes you." Lethe whispers to Serenity
Rhuuk raises up his lance and has Riis march a perimeter around the group and this creature keeping any eye out for any of its friends.
"Well now, that's so much better, so who is this mistress? And why are you blinking?"
Looking at the others, "what do you all think?"
Reth looks down at the pitiful being his face unreadable behind his metal mask. "Is this something that will help or hinder our mission? It would seem finding this pitiful beings Mistress will draw us deeper into this place and away from our objective".
"Our sympathies, wretch, on your failure, then. Serenity, is the jewel or whatever it is dangerous? We cannot kill him in cold blood. Scar, Rhuuk, bind him and he will walk tethered to us." Jeren levels his hammer at the creature's face, ready to strike if he tries to attack or escape.
Rhuuk rides up, and steps down from Riis. He moves toward the prisoner and pulls out a pair of manacles. He locks up the creature the way Jeren requests, "There you go, Chib"
The bored halfling starts to search the bodies of the dead creatures while the others deal with the prisoner.

"No need to tie me. No, no need. I will obey my new beautiful mistress!"
"Then it is our want, or wont. You'll remain bound. What is your name and why are you here?"
"We should keep moving. Standing still in hostile territory is dangerous."
"Agreed. Let's move out. Lethe, can you hold the prisoner?"
"Sure thing." She procedes to lift the guy and sling him across her shoulder
"Leave the creature for the moment, but keep an eye on it, and lets finish the mission."
Looking down at the construct Serenity reprimands it "You will find me a stern task master as well, answer their questions."
"Serenity, ask our friend Gromaldo how many units this Eliza commands," says Jeren quietly.
"We will have to take him with us, or we risk being discovered. As it is, she will send another force to find out why Gromaldo's failed. Let us proceed with haste, and scout the rear to make sure that we aren't followed."
"And get him to show you his trinket," Jeren adds. "Let's find out its properties. If it's a tracking device or an explosive, we'll need it handed over."
Rhuuk watches over the group waiting for these hummies to finish all there talking.
"Captain it may well be that these ruins this wretched creature speaks of coincide with where we are going, stranger things have happened".
