Maybe you could keep a running tally of XP in the campaign tab? May solve some issues and confusion later

Your current level is slightly down from where you started at ground level. You came into this room on a walkway, then down stairs to get to the foes. There are two ways back up, where you came, and another single door. There's also doors out, that then go up steps back to the street.
Yeah, Lazlo posted to the discussion thread that he wasn't going to be able to keep up, so now is as good a time as any to let him go.

Once someone kicks the door in, the stink in this room, a mixture of fish and sweat, is enough to make the eyes water, even after coming from the last room. To the east, a large wooden trough holds a hideous mound of half-rancid fish, seaweed, and brine. Filthy seawater and fish blood stain the floor around this trough. A pair of wooden chutes lead from this trough through holes in the northern wall into a larger room to the east. To the west, a desk and chair sit in one corner while a tall cabinet sits in the other.

Askan walks in, stealthily.

He makes his way to the doors in Q4, R4 and prepares to attack anyone who comes through the doors armed.

It's not on the map, but there is a boat moored behind the building. It would be accessed down the right hand side of the building. There is no way up from here. You were definitly told there were multiple levels.

The planks of the walkway are old and wet, and it's obvious when the first person steps on that it's quite rickety.
I need to know in silly detail how fast you move down the walkway, and how far apart you keep. Anyone wearing heavy armour?

You all make it safely down the planks to the slightly less rickety boat.
No maps for a little while, these are small rooms that are difficult to map out sensibly and you'll probably pass through quickly.
The rotten deck of the this ancient barge seems to be barely intact, its hull worn and thick with seaweed and barnacles. The barge is held together primarily by the layers of old rope that lash it securely to the pilings that support the fishery and the nearby boardwalk. A single wooden door leading into the aft cabin bears a crude painting of a red fish on its surface.

"I see that hygiene was clearly high on Lamm's list of priorities..."
He then gingerly moves forward to check the door, and, if not trapped, will open it.

Well, he's made an entrance to the lower deck but lets try the door!

The air in this room is thick and musty. Thick sheets of cobwebs hang from the walls and mounds of blankets, cushions, and straw clutter the floor. A narrow flight of stairs leads down to the south into the ship’s hold.
DC 14 Perception check, otherwise you are surprised
As Askan steps into the room, a Spider the size of a cat leaps out at him.

The spider launches at Askan, and bites him hard (5 damage, DC14 FORT save, or take 2 str damage ).
He's stood in the doorway at this point, so he'll need to move for anyone to help.

Not sure if it counts as the map link seems to open to the old fight but I was normally moving behind the monk and covering him with my longspear/reach. Not sure if thats the case here or if the cramped quarters prohibit the spear but throwing it out there. Also work has turned to crap again - apologies if there is a delay in posting.

Then he launches a kick at the thing.

While the others clamor outside the spider bites again, but this time doesn't manage to do any damage.
