Seems to me they have a lot of cool powers. I would probably pick one mid-level power to work towards (after you get your second element) and select based on that.

I'm pretty sure I am going to try to start with water, and figure out where to go from there later. If we gain enough levels, I'll have to decide whether to stay in it for expanded, or choose another. Hopefully we can all chime in and figure out what's a good call, and what's not as we see the character progress.

I found this discussion indicating we sold a lot of loot and purchased a CLW wand.
We also have a couple of CLW potions, some alchemist's fires, and a darkvision potion that I am seriously tempted to sell. Who doesn't have darkvision other than Turel and I?
We have an unclaimed MW shield that someone might be able to use. Any shield bashers amongst you?
We also need to decide if it's worth setting up a rope and pulley system to bring up the chariot that is now worth only 50 gold after Camus broke it. I think that it might cost more than it's worth to bring it up, unless we later find other large things to bring up as well.
I would like to pick up some replacement sunrods and impact foam. Are there any other group purchases to discuss?

I say we hang onto the healing items. You can never have too much healing. Also the darkvision potion is too useful to sell.
We should sell the shield and pick up the sunrods and impact foam. I have no problem with that. We may want to get some antitoxin and antiplague as well.

On the topic of money, how much were we supposed to start with as characters being introduced to this campaign? I used 150gp since that is the starting value in PFS (where I do most of my Pathfinder RPG) and the original recruitment post just said don't worry about money.

Regarding group funds and stuff: I'm in favor of leaving the chariot where it is unless we find some more heavy stuff that would make setting up a rope and pulley system worth the trouble. Neutral on selling the Darkvision potion, good with keeping the healing items and alchemist's fire, good with picking up all those other lovely alchemical goodies.

I had the usual, about 30 or so. I've gotten pretty good at estimating , so I've just got a few bags of chips left over!

Apparently the town had a thing on the square this year with businesses giving out candy and costume contests and hay rides and other stuff that was a big success so I imagine a lot of kids will be going to that for future Halloweens!

While we don't give away candy (we did glow in the dark rubber balls and Halloween pencils this year) my kids unfortunately broought lots of candy home. So the temptation is still in my house.
