Treshiell moves in the shadows near the walls. Her irises fade into white as she chants a harsh meoldy in a hushed tone.
Move action to move off to the side.
Standard action to cast Detect magic. I'm unsure if it'll do anything but still, better than nothing :)

Orin, several of the kobolds jump in surprise as you holler at them, but most seem to ignore you, continuing to cast around on their own, looking for some sign of the shaman. Still, despite that, as you're on the verge of giving up, you note what looks like a track leading off into the woods.
Treshiell, you see -- in a pile in the eastern alcove of the den seven bolts that radiate magic, as well as a small, tarnished silver mirror.
Orin Intimidate: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
Orin Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (7) + 8 = 15
Treshiell
Is it the Haunting Glass? Is it, is it? :)
"Now there is magic", Treshiell almost whispers. Her eyes return to normal and she walks up to the pile to pick up the bolts and study the mirror. She makes no mention or notion to Tartuk and his disappearence. Appearently it is a closed chapter in her book.

I'd have to be pretty vain to put that in, wouldn't I Treshiell? : D
The mirror appears to have a single aura, of moderate strength. Picking it up, it seems to show no reflection of the young caster. Instead, the face of the mirror shows the remains of a wooden bridge, before water seems to rush up and cover everything, a few bubbles of air escaping. Oh so faintly, you can hear what almost sounds like water running and a muffled cry for help coming from the enchanted item.
Treshiell
When you say that it has a aura of moderate strength, can i feel what kind of aura?
Treshiell squats down, now entierly enthralled with the mirror. She runs her hand over the surface. "Is there anyone there?" she whispers.
Spellcraft check to try and identify the mirror: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11
Edit: CRAP!
Edit II: Just noticed that i hadn't updated my profile to reflect switching from ray of sickening to sleep (as i said i would do in a previous post). Fixed that now.

Treshiell, I was treating that as the second round of detect magic, just because there was still more combat-oriented stuff going on outside and I wasn't sure you wouldn't be interrupted.
The mirror's aura appears to be necromancy [evil], but you're not sure what it does. Edrukk will come over and take a look at the item that's caught your interest, but he also can't tell exactly what it is. "Be careful, Treshiell, we don't know how these kobolds will react to you digging through their shaman's things."
In the cave, the chief, seeing the shaman appears to have fled, begins looking around the cave as if trying to decide what to do next.
Orin, let me know what you want to do outside.

Orin will hold up his hand to get Agnar and Rupert's attention. Once he has it, he will point off in the direction of the tracks and begin following them.
Orin Ro
From R & A's previous posts, it sounded as if they were both at the tunnels entrance keeping watch while Orin searched for tracks. Unless I've misread it.
Orin Ro
OK, I was confused as to where everyone was
As Orin discovers the tracks leading into the woods, he grabs one of the kobolds and tells him "Go get my friends and bring them here!" Careful to keep the other kobolds from stampeding the tracks into uselsessness, Orin keeps watch and waits for the others to join him.

"Who knows, lass," the dwarf replies. "With this group's luck so far, it's some type of haunted item. I'd be careful about messing around with it too much until you know, though."
One of the kobolds comes in and begins tugging at Agnar's shirt sleeve. In common accented possibly even worse than Mikmek and Yakpik's, he tells you "Big Yelly want you. Go now!" He begins trying to drag you to the tunnel to outside.
Treshiell
"If you say so", Treshiell says and puts the mirror in her slingbag. She runs her dustcovered hands through her hair and shakes her head vigorously, then turns back to Erdrukk with innocent eyes. "You are cautious. We think it suits you." Treshiell leaves the bolts where they lie and follows Agnar out of the cave.
"I don't see Taruk", she says as she emerges from the cave.
Orin Ro
As the others come outside of the cave, Orin will wave them over. "I've found a fresh set of tracks leading out into the woods, I believe they are our wayward shaman's. Anyone care to join me in a little game of hide and seek?
Orin Ro
As everyone gathers around Orin will begin to head off, following the tracks into the woods.
Treshiell
"Aye, we should all go. And don't go sellin' yourself short, Rupert. We're stronger together than we are separately, no matter how depleted any one of us may be."
"Yes. More potential targets makes the individual less likely to be hit", Treshiell states matter-of-factly. "You look a little pale, Rupert. Perhaps Taruk won't notice."

As you begin to head out after the tracks, Edrukk coughs and hangs back. After a moment, he approaches you and in a low voice says, "Look, I think I better stay here, make sure this lot doesn't cause any trouble while you track down the shaman. Something doesn't seem quite right here."
Parting ways, you head into the woods after the purple-scaled kobold, but they seem to disappear after a mile. All of you do notice, however, a conspicuous raven that seems to be pacing your footsteps. Wow, check out those perception checks!

"That is an idea", Treshiell says and bends down to the ground and runs her hands through the dirt. She runs them back and forth three times before quickly spinning around to face the raven. She hisses the incantation and unleashes the spell against the raven.
Cast Sleep on the raven.
Wouldn't it be just to funny if it was just an ordinary raven? :)
Orin Ro
As Treshiell casts her spell Orin spins and in one fluid motion fires an arrow at the winged spy that has been following them.
Attack roll: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8

OK, back for a bit. Thanks for your patience, all.
Treshiell's spell seems to have no effect on the raven, which caws loudly even as a couple squirrels drop bonelessly from the branches, then takes wing as Orin's arrow flashes past it. It begins to flap away to the northwest, when Rupert's arrow slams into it, sending it spiraling to the ground for a moment before it regains its flight path 9 hp.
Erastil doesn't favor his priest as Agnar's arrow flies wide of the bird, which quickly puts distance between you and it, flying as fast as its wings can carry it.

Orin will fan out from the spot where he lost the tracks, moving in a never increasing arc until he finds the tracks again.

Treshiell, unfortunately, Thaal would need Survival to be able to track.
Orin, it takes about an hour, but you think you've found the tracks again if you want to follow them. Sounds like the party might be split and I don't know if everyone will wait to follow. Of course, Treshiell (and others) could go back inside during that hour and then come back out when you call for them...
Rupert, the squirrel dashes away as you wake it back up.

Treshiell, unfortunately, Thaal would need Survival to be able to track.
Dang
Treshiell follows Orin has he continues the search for Taruk although the witch seems quite uninterested in the hunt for their quarry. She starts singing nonsensical rhymes within five minutes, and within 15 she has added a choreography to the words. Treshiell dances around within the party, not disrupting the search but definitly not helping either.

You see the purple skinned kobold suddenly appear from behind a couple trees on the far side of the clearing, about 60 feet distant.

Despite still being hampered by his injuries and the ravages of the venom running through his body, Rupert quickly pulls his bow and fires toward the reptilian figure.
The arrow goes wide, drawing a derisive laugh from the creature, who then levels his wand and fires two more magical bolts of energy toward Orin. 4 hp
Treshiell's magic burst seems to explode right next to the shaman ... who pays no attention to it, apparently unaffected by the spell.
Similarly, Agnar's arrow seems to be speeding right toward the small creature when it suddenly hit some sort of invisible force in front of the former Sootscale leader, dropping to the ground before it draws any blood.
Orin also sends two arrows in his direction, but both miss badly.
