Dear god, what do I have a "kill me" sign on my shield. Why is it everything we encounter attacks Yolanda??
Your high AC assumes you are in front 90% of the time, they have to get past the front line first or go around you. Seems like I keep rolling high. Also, I gave the creature the wrong name. It's a Wight, not a Wraith, but I was looking at the correct monster.
After Elaith and Dannon fire away at the wights, hitting them each time, Three attacks hit: 6 + 1d20 ⇒ 6 + (10) = 16 dmg: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5The two orcs then come into the room, they axe attack some lose ceiling above the wights you didn't see
hit: 5 + 1d20 ⇒ 5 + (18) = 23
hit: 5 + 1d20 ⇒ 5 + (10) = 15
hit: 5 + 1d20 ⇒ 5 + (13) = 18
hit: 5 + 1d20 ⇒ 5 + (12) = 17 vs ac 10 to the rocks dmg: 4d12 ⇒ (12, 3, 2, 12) = 29
The rocks land on the wights and they take dmg: 2d4 ⇒ (1, 4) = 5 X the damage dealt to the rocks.
Killing them instantly
Those paths, those three paths are now empty. Yolanda gets up with 1 HP and a woman approaches you, she looks to be a beautiful light brown women in her mid twenties. Oh, wow that was amazing they told me to stay right there and that those Wights would kill me if I moved, I doubted you guys would do it. But you saved me. Everyone make me a perception check of 25 or sense motive of 25 to know more about her. Or make both checks.
Zakan
Run ins with dragons are nothing to ask lightly. What makes you think we are any match for a Dragon. And besides what is in it for us?
Why exactly are we here again? The plotting has been pretty fast and its hard to keep track in between the combat of our motivation haha
Dannon Stonefist
And we might need to rest before we fight the dragon, we seem to have expended several of our resources in the last fights. But a dragon seems easy enough, just hit it enough times and it falls down, just like everything else, right?"
DoubleGold
No worries, in games like this it is easy to lose track, especially long Play by Post games, you tend to forget things.
Elaith knows that most dragons have breath weapons, but he has yet to see this particular dragon.
Follow me, I know a shortcut and a good place to rest she says
DoubleGold
Nope, the DC is 25 perception and insight to gain all the info
As you all perceive her and feel for her motives, you sense that she really wants the Dragon, the undead, the evil duegar and lizardfolk gone. It seems she wants to go home after this. What do you do? She still looks like a beautiful blonde young woman in her 20s.
DoubleGold
Dannon hugs her, she doesn't appear to be taller, smaller, fatter or skinnier. If she was disguised as a different race, hugging wouldn't tell you that. Touching her face might tell you if it was a mask or makeup to disguise it, but not if she was disguised by magical means.
Dannon can even try to kiss her if he wants and put his hands all over her face, he gets no further results.

Alright, dexterity saving throws everyone, you are in a vent, and you accidentally set off a fireball trap dc 15, but the fireball exits the vent and hits the ground below you. You are trying to react fast enough to enter the vent opening in the right before the fireball hits the ground, which means a success means none, and a failure still means full, unless you're a rogue The fireball nearly kills all the lizards and duegar. oops, I forgot about that.
dex for lizards: 2 + 1d20 ⇒ 2 + (1) = 3
dex for Deurgars: 0 + 1d20 ⇒ 0 + (6) = 6 they died
She is out of your sight after you make it down to the basement, but you get a long rest and you easily find your way back up to the dead lizards and Duegars.
Edit: good news is noone will outright die from the 33 damage, but you will have to medicine each other who didn't make it or pass those saves, good thing you get three rounds, ie. death saves. After that, rewards.
2000 xp, 100 gold, 5 downtime, 1 renown
2 battles left (then you can also split the magic items in this dungeon)
Dannon Stonefist
My Barbie sense is tingling
I sense danger Dex save: 2d20 + 2 ⇒ (1, 12) + 2 = 15
Well that's a fail by one and knocks me down by one
Let's roll some death saves, though hopefully conciousness is nigh
Death Saves: 3d20 ⇒ (8, 4, 7) = 19
DoubleGold
Um, dannon 15 is your number, you need not to roll death saves. You need to match or beat a 15, you escaped unharmed. Though feel free to attempt three medicine checks on Yolanda. Is your modifier for medicine +2 or higher? If so you just stabilized her on your first roll, since you can use your death saves in place of a medicine check.
DoubleGold
Alright, heroes get the long rest they need and no one died. Don't forget to level up your characters, with 2000 XP a piece, most of you leveled, with level 4 at 2700 and level 5 at 6500. 2 Battles left.
Heroes make it through and they find 2 Minotaur skeletons, but before that, Three give me a Wis save, dc 15.
init: 1 + 1d20 ⇒ 1 + (8) = 9 Them.
Elaith Meirityn
Initiative: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11
Elaith summons blue light, enveloping everything around the skeletons.
Fairy Fire - DC 15 Dex save, or the attacks against the skeletons have advantage.
Concentration - Fairy Fire.
Leveled up - 2 3rd level slots, new spells (Fireball, Haste), +6 hp, prof.bonus +3.
DoubleGold
wis: -1 + 1d20 ⇒ -1 + (5) = 4
wis: -1 + 1d20 ⇒ -1 + (5) = 4 no, but they run away and fall into a pit falling dmg: 3d6 ⇒ (3, 5, 3) = 11 acid dmg: 3d6 ⇒ (6, 1, 6) = 13
something tries to control three but he doesn't want it
Just then the woman comes in and she unveils her face. She is a cambion
All heroes are up
Zakan, it's a little late to roll dex, lets just say survived that.
*Three*
Three draws his sword, moves up to the Cambion, and stabs her in the face.
Attack Roll: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15
Damage Roll: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
Bonus Action Unarmed Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 26
Damage Roll: 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
Crit Damage Die: 1d4 ⇒ 1
Elaith Meirityn
Elaith supports Three, casting quickening magic on his ally.
"This demon won't stand a chance against us!"
Concentration: Haste - +2 bonus to AC, advantage on Dex saves, additional action that can be used only to take the Attack (one weapon attack only), Dash, Disengage, Hide, or Use an Object action.
Arcana or Religion for Cambion?: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 18
Zakan
Should not have followed a strange woman in a dungeon. I wonder if there even is a dragon
Zakan makes his way to the front of the fight and lends a flash of steel to the mix.
Attack 1: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24
Damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Attack 2: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 26
Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 3
crit Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 2
Sneak Attack: 2d6 ⇒ (3, 4) = 7
DoubleGold
And the heroes finish off the Cambion quickly, the Minotaurs go upstairs, but it takes them a while and heroes destroy them too.
Heroes are able to take a short rest
From what you know this is suppose to be a Young Dragon.
You enter the cave, there is a high cliff catwalk, a pond, a couple of rocks to hide under and a long sword at the far end, appears to be magical but also might be a trap as there is only one path to get to it, and without the spell ability to fly or reduce noise, it would be nearly impossible to get to without setting off the alarm giving all the obstacles in the way..
*Three*
Earlier:
"I'm not exactly sure what she was trying to accomplish there." says Three as he stands over her corpse.
Now:
"Good thing that magical sword sitting all by itself isn't a trap, cause that would be really surprising!" remarks Three sarcastically.
DoubleGold
Zakan and finds there is no pressure plate, just a lot of noisy obstacles in the way, it would be hard not to step on the noisy clown toys worth nothing or trip on the metal objects there or make noise across the loose gravel. Mudpuddles in the way and so on, the stealth check not to make too much noise is really high. Invisibility he figures would help you none since you are already in a tunnel like area 6 feet wide, 10.5 feet high just to get to it, it's not a matter of being seen, but heard.
DoubleGold
Three moves forward into the tunnel, stepping on a bag of Doritos and making them go pop.
Young Green Dragon comes out of the lake, 25 feet from you all, 35 feet from three
init: 4 + 1d20 ⇒ 4 + (16) = 20Three and you are 55 feet away from the magical sword, the traps aren't harmful and it won't matter if you set them off anymore. It is a longsword of Dragon Slaying as you recognize it.
init: 6 + 1d20 ⇒ 6 + (4) = 10Elaith
init: 3 + 1d20 ⇒ 3 + (15) = 18Zakan
init: 0 + 1d20 ⇒ 0 + (7) = 7Yolanda
init: 1 + 1d20 ⇒ 1 + (16) = 17 Dragon
Zakan and Three are up This will be the last battle, after this, I divide up treasure, xp, downtime, put an ending to Forge of Furry, hand out magical items and close the game. Sorry, but I won't be continueing with the other games in tales of yawning portal.
