My first turn has already been planned out...

I don't know how you can have your first turn planned. We don't know how many there are, where they are, how far away they are, or even what time of day it is. It could be dark out! There could be 100 of them! They could be 150 feet away! Or they could be surrounding us!

Or it could be two dumb orcs 20 feet away just begging to die.

Also, I can't believe you beat my Init. I was so proud of going first...
Speaking of, we'll need their init as well.

My First Turn is mostly Delaying or Donning my Shield & Blade if I can't count as being equipped already.

It was simple Luck of a Natural 20 with a +2 Initiative Bonus.
