I think I'll stay on my horse, my riding skill is decent enough to not hurt me too much. I'm assuming we can't sneak the horses up to where Angeus and S'ala are though, right? I think I'd rather be on the road anyway though...jumping into the middle of that many bandits would probably just leave someone dead.

Cursing quietly under her breath, Angeus will also keep moving .


Neither of you, Angeus or Sala, did a stealth checks nor said anything about moving quietly, so I will take it as standard moves through the difficult terrain.

Surprise Round

Quince spurs his mount and takes to the brook assuming that they won't trap the water not to mention kick up water and noise to take some of the heat off Tristan and those still hiding.

Surprise Round

Are those bushes or trees on the map? If they are bushes, can Kevros see any of the bandits? If they are trees, he comes in closer quickly stealthily and hoping that the sound of battle will mask his careful progress forward for a better vantage.

Kevros, mostly trees, though there is still pretty good foliage, if not in the bandit camp or on the trail, every other square is difficult terrain.

Kevros I moved you. You think you are still hidden, or at least not noticed.

The bandits that were around the campfire get up and begin to approach Tristan, they are chuckling at their numbers against him. Each pulls out a weapon of some kind on their way over, long swords, short swords, and clubs. "You will die slowly for killing Hedrias." One of them threatens.

A female in leathers comes out of the large tent under the 'compass rose', she has several weapons on her back and holds a throwing axe and a dagger. "Play with him boys, but once any other threats show up, you know what needs to be done."

Oh, no you shouldn't worry about what to do if more show up, you should just be worried how you will handle me.

Tristans attention turns to those on the ground as he moves forware 10'(20'difficult) while drawing his blade. As he bases the bandit he takes on a defensive stance much like a sword lord of Brevoy and cuts at the bandit in his path.

Wolf said 2 turns needed to get into the position we show on the map, more if we move stealthily. I think one of those is past.

Hearing the whistle and the shouts of the bandits, S'ala turns to Angeus. "It sounds like the ambush is sprung, perhaps we should hurry forward rather than creeping. We may get there too late otherwise?"

If she concurs, S'ala will run forward to a position from which he can see any action, then will stop and evaluate. If Angeus wants to creep, S'ala will stifle his disagreement and follow her lead.


Quince you are now at your token, unless you attempted to have the horse run, then you could in a straight line be closer.

The bandit that Tristan has struck has a good sized wound though he is not downed.

Angeus and Sala if you move stealthily, you will get to where your tokens are at the end of Round 2. Running would be a bad idea. A double move would allow you to move your tokens 15 feet forward.

More arrows shoot from the West, but these strike the bandits around Tristan, they fall from the arrows striking into their chests, perhaps even through the chest, or head.

Quince moves up stream and cuts off the bandits coming from the west.

That would be the 2 coming from K3. I doubt I can reach them this round.

Sala and Angeus are one move away from their tokens.

With Tristan's defensive strike he downs another of the bandits.

Quince turns east and makes his way to the small clearing to attack bandits that are around Tristan.

I am assuming even with the difficult terrain I should be able to engage one of the bandits this round. I am aiming for the first one standing. If the Red "X" means dead then I am going to attack the one currently engaged with Tristian.
