Well, it's arguable either way. Channeling is an Su, which normally don't require somatic gestures. However, the channeling class feature text also mentions "presenting the holy symbol" which I imagine as holding it up to ward off Dracula style. But whatever, I'm willing to roll with it. Not actually mad or anything, just a little frustrated at our luck right now.

To be honest, I kinda have to agree with Cuetzpalli. You'd need at least one hand free to present a holy symbol, wouldn't you?
I had always assumed not, since it's supernatural and "presenting" could just mean having it out and displayable, but you might be right. Theldrick should have a free hand though.

I always assumed that channeling energy worked the same way as casting a spell for a wizard in a grapple; you had to make a concentration roll to pull it off. Shows how much I know of the rules, though. :/

"Iowel!" he shouts at the last tiefling standing. "Close the door behind me, then retreat."
'Iowel' nods. She runs over to Cuetzpalli's prone form and grabs his last spear.
Though Carina has fallen, the flail does not stop coming down.
Spiritual Weapon (helpless): 1d20 + 6 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 6 + 4 = 20
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9
Robin desperately tries to intercept the weapon, but it just passes through him like he's not there.
The flail's chains let out quiet clinks as the spiked ball flies up, then slams down into the young daemonspawn's chest. This time, Tanith, Robin, and everyone else in the room here a grim crack.
Carina is at -14 and dead. Sorry, Cat.

He was. Unfortunately, splitting a Full-Round Action means you do a standard action one round, then complete it with another standard action the next. The healing would have taken place this round.

Astraden grits her teeth at the sound of cracking bone across the room, and again at Spiny's fall. She concentrates on the wand. A piercing ring like the sound of hammer on metal emits from it, and Theldrick's holy symbol begins to buzz and rattle once again.

The spiritual flail moves to attack her, but Astraden dodges easily.

From across the room, Theldrick gives a grim chuckle. "Poor, stupid brute. No member of the Ebon Triad stays such through cowardice. They are due such a reward come their death that they simply do not fear death." He taps his chin. "I wonder if she did, though."
The tiefling woman jabs at Robin. "Dandy. Fop. Rake. Damn it, hold still!"

He walks over to the downed tiefling (the one who shot Carina down) and grasps his arm. "Get up, you fool."

The tiefling's eyes shoot open. He staggers to his feet, drawing his greataxe.
Theldrick whispers something to the man.

Whatever remained of the big Kordite's good-natured brawling fades at the priest's cruel jab. He stops pulling his punches and swings a vicious elbow at the cultist's nose.

It makes little effective difference but Tanith is hitting the cultists for lethal damage now.

Should be up at the top now in one Move. Is it possible for me to attack while hanging from the edge (at some atrocious penalties, I assume, but I can't climb up where they are.)? Also, does it take another full Move to pull myself up, or just 5 feet of movement?

One move will only put you up five more feet in one move unless you choose before rolling to climb quickly.
When you're in reach, you can attack with normal mid-climbing attack rules, which are actually pretty lax.
You need both hands free to climb, but you may cling to a wall with one hand while you cast a spell or take some other action that requires only one hand. While climbing, you can't move to avoid a blow, so you lose your Dexterity bonus to AC (if any). You also can't use a shield while climbing. Anytime you take damage while climbing, make a Climb check against the DC of the slope or wall. Failure means you fall from your current height and sustain the appropriate falling damage.

Without warning, the warpriest leaps at Farrukh.

The tiefling waits to see who will come out on top.
Iowel the tiefling stabs at Robin again.

Tanith grunts in surprise as he's wounded again but the pain is largely blunted by his smoldering rage. The big Kordite drops the potion he'd been clutching for the better part of a minute and cleaves into the last cultist's shoulder.

For reference, pretty much whenever Theldrick rolls a d20 (until my next turn), he has to reroll and take the lower result.

Immediately, the surviving tiefling spits something dark onto his arrow. As it starts to exude shadows, he throws it with all his might past Farrukh.
Arrow, targeting the square marked: 1d20 + 4 - 2 ⇒ (14) + 4 - 2 = 16
Darkness quickly spreads to cover the area. Farrukh hears Theldrick running through.
"Now!" Theldrick cries from within the shadow.
Up on the balcony, still dueling Robin, Iowel's eyes widen. "Oh, shit! Right! Sorry, master!"
She backs away from Robin, towards the throne...

...and presses one of three small rubies on the armrest.
