Hrmm seems like in that case going Daring Champion and the picking up a gunslinger level.. or taking the feat would have you about right where you'd want. Alternate Deadly Courtesan with Daring Champion and you should be sweet.
As for number of people.. Im okay with whatever. Though Tamoq WAS our resident sneak/divine caster/wilderness lore.
I'm not Familiar with Daring Champion, I will take a look at it.
And yeah, Tamoq was all that, the original party was so non-standard we had four hybrid classes, with a lot of overlap, that's why I changed Kunala to more melee than ranged (also so we could carry more than a lunch bag).
It's scary that Kunala was the "traditional" character.

I think finding a regular divine caster, especially if Kunala does the changes he's talking about, would be wise as my ability to heal is very limited and sucks down a lot of utility. I'm for picking up another character to fill out the group better.
As far as Kunala, I'll go with, whatever fits the character concept best, I prefer fitting the concept more than making it mechanically fit what the party needs, seems more realistic to me, and I find that I rarely enjoy a character if I have to change the concept much.

I often just find the happy medium. One that has the mechanics to fit the character and one that fills whatever expertise was currently filling already. a it is a team game. For example, Gin was pretty much how he was save for one thing and thats Being Primalist to gain one ability to increase his healing factor.. other than that he was mostly Bloodrager and i intend to Vital Strike with him all day long. But as you can see he could only be one Archetype here so I sucked it up even though it would have helped the party out more... So instead I will have to Multiclass him more to get the desired effect.
Daring Champion is basically the Charismatic Swashy version of Cavalier. Which means all you would need is a way of using a gun.. Like Mysterious Stranger.. and you would be set.
Any Divine character would be fine. Even a warpriest.
the original concept was someone very slick, charismatically speaking, and the pistol, Like an early lancer with heavy armor, lance and pistol or the later swashbucklers, I liked both concepts. So filling a need, which is secondary to the actual character is fine with me.
I'm good with keeping Kunala like this and getting a divine caster.

are we going to get a fifth player? if we are I'll wait, if they are more ranged Kunala will stay as he is. if we get a divine caster more melee, I'll change him, is that OK, like I said I'm happy either way. (trying to be part of the solution instead of part of the problem}

Miniri will bring a little wilderness lore thanks to being a bard, so that at least is partially covered (though not greatly).

Bloodrager Gin loved that series, badly.
My apologies for having fallen off the grid for the last few days. My work has moving from one building to another and has been having us help with the moving of everything we will need in our new location.
Suffice to say, I have been unable to post while at work and have been coming home late in the evening, tired and fried. I hope to be able to catch up on what has been happening in my games this weekend. If not I will update my status to reflect it.

Elasbeth and Gin are we going back to the town to rest or trying to rest here? Do we want to check the other door before we leave? Helikon said to talk about it and get ready. Do we need to go to town for anything for the desert? Have we figured out exactly how to open the doors?

I think we are good on the doors. Resting is a must, though here or in town I am not sure, depends on where exactly we are.
since we have figured out the doors, once we've rested; do we continue following the trail in the sand, or do we open the other door near this one, or do we go back to the other cave {where the gremlins were) and try our cards on that door, just an idea.

Indeed, he is the one who speaks it, so All Gin hears is nonsense... and he doesn't like these creatures.
On a side note, you are low on resources, have decent loot to sell and it is assumed you have a chance to resupply before you venture in the desert.

Kunala's mom was a courtesan, salty may be all he has.
On a side note when I put Kunala together I had a couple of ideas clearly in mind, One was the physicality of an old friend of mine, I'm trying to portray that in his action.
As the player I dig the quite honorable character that you have developed in Gin. Nice role-playing. On the other hand Gin is so different from what Kunala was raised to dealing with (arrogance and self-centeredness) that he hasn't quite figured him out yet.
So just trying to show those elements in game :)

I appreciate it, Gin was supposed to come off as the imposing warrior with a heart of Gold. He for all intensive purposes could be a terror and misuse his strength but holds it in restraint and carries himself as such. He is in foreign lands and courtesy is something very important to him. Elasbeth is surely attractive to be sure but he has no misgivings about having a chance with her, for he is a strange creature and simply a brute at times. Or .. at least he thinks so, women must be treated respectively and handled a certain way as does every separate situation.
He has a strong core and sense of self, its the outward representation that is hard to parse, many people fear him for his appearance.
Keep it posted. The more you describe your chars the better for all of us.

I think its fine, Gin will be at full with rest so you can go ahead and take it.
In the town temple you can get healed quite quickly. Free of charge. Each day 2 channels with 2d6.

Whelp, time to write up a new character, because I think Elasbeth just killed Gin :P
before we go buying equipment, does anyone have a problem with Kunala using the MW chain shirt that we gave Miniri, and theoretically Miniri can us her studded leather. The MW chain shirt will lower Kunala's armor check penalty for disable device, then he will buy an armored kilt to make up the AC difference. and to keep from getting bit in the but again :) we need to sell the silverdisks and I think a few items from the gremlins, I will check the list in a little bit.

I have no problem with it, armor shcmarmor. Miniri might, but until she gets back we won't know.
I'm assuming Miniri will stay at the tavern until she is ready to join Us :)
So we have the 49 silverdisks and 3 piece of metal (made from a strange alloy that we got from the gremlins) for sale :) as well as other gear that I think is more useful than valuable. The list is on Kunala's page at the bottom.
You should also have 3 MW Thieves tools.
Ooohhh, I forgot those, thanks! I went back a looked for any gear the gremlins had and couldn't find anything, I didn't see the thieves tools either, it seems.
Just take them. I added them to fatten the pot, as you missed a few other things.

yep, he's Vishkanya, I have a good friend who is from Karala, on the southwestern tip of India. So I started reading their myths and history and decided I wanted to play a vishkanya with the deadly courtesan archetype and Helikon was kind enough to let me :) how he became a western influences fop is a different story...
