Emrael Bladewalker |

I suspect it did not matter this time around, but what's your ruling on the SpellStrike attack and the Haste attack? Do the extra attacks stack? I'm not sure it does, but the bit of research I've done (no authoritative answers found) seem to indicate that they do stack.

Emrael Bladewalker |

Yeah, just a downside of jumping in at a high level - you as the player have not learned the character's abilities over time, so you don't have habits (good or bad) to fall back on. It's all good, and well worth it. I'm having a blast.

Dok |

Wow! A busy day sure sets you back around here! This group is AWESOME! Reptilian? NICE. Favored enemy goodness! And, since they're Ogres (at least I hope they all are), that's even better. I won't add the bonuses into the rolls, so if the "gubmen" are ogres, please add +4 to attack and damage rolls. If they're reptilian, then please add a +2.
Dok grins as he sees foes crumple. His grin widens greatly as he see their true forms, and he slashes away with abandon.
Falchion attack on G1: 1d20 + 22 ⇒ (3) + 22 = 25
Damage: 2d4 + 10 ⇒ (1, 4) + 10 = 15
Fire Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 1
Falchion attack on G2: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (7) + 17 = 24
Damage: 2d4 + 10 ⇒ (1, 2) + 10 = 13
Fire Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 2
Falchion attack on G3: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (1) + 12 = 13 DOH!!! Maybe too much abandon....
Damage: 2d4 + 10 ⇒ (1, 3) + 10 = 14
Fire Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 1

Satari-san |

Satari frowns at the unprovoked attack. "A noble young lady should be more polite," he says as his open palm slaps away the blade of her katana, leaving only a thin crimson flesh wound on his forearm.
As Emrael finishes her opponent, Satari glances over at the revealed monstrous form. "Ah, oni. This explains much, and makes this simpler." Satari begins to box the disguised Oni about the ears with precise blows from his hands, feet, and perhaps his knees.
Includes +1 haste, +3 inspire, -3 combat expertise.
Attack 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (6) + 23 = 29; damage 2d8 + 8 ⇒ (7, 1) + 8 = 16.
Attack 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (2) + 23 = 25; damage 2d8 + 8 ⇒ (2, 2) + 8 = 12.
Attack 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (15) + 23 = 38; damage 2d8 + 8 ⇒ (2, 5) + 8 = 15.
Attack 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (6) + 18 = 24; damage 2d8 + 8 ⇒ (7, 1) + 8 = 16.
Attack 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (2) + 18 = 20; damage 2d8 + 8 ⇒ (2, 2) + 8 = 12.
Attack 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (5) + 13 = 18; damage 2d8 + 8 ⇒ (6, 8) + 8 = 22.

Dok hits G1 and G2. Neither falls, and G3 ducks the falchion slash, laughing at Dok; "not too good with that thing are you?" he bravados out of his yaphole.

** spoiler omitted **
Great Satari toys with her, only striking successfully twice. Surely a cunning plan to leave her disoriented. Test her naginata skills before he finishes her.....
"Oh," she responds sarcastically.
"so sorry, kind sir. PARDON MY NAGINATA AS I RAM IT CLEAR UP YOUR BUNG HOLE!!!
Oni;......can't take them anywhere.

Beldan Vale |

“In my defence she’s tougher and uglier than she looked at first glance,” Beldan calls back to Altai. “And ... oops, looks like they’re all flying back out of you pit – OOOOW! One of those guys over there shot me with his boom stick!”
Emrael steps up and deftly takes out the two nearest swordsmen. “Nice moves,” the rogue comments. “Looks like you’ve got this end covered for the moment, see if that old guy needs any help, I’ll give Dok a hand down there.”
The rogue drops his crossbow and draws his fancy new rapier as he takes off, cutting the corner of the rice paddy to avoid the nearest katana wielder to flank one of the gubsmen with Dok, plunging his rapier into his back.
Move (haste) to C8, flank and attack G2: 1d20 + 29 ⇒ (7) + 29 = 36 damage: 1d6 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9 plus 7d6 ⇒ (4, 4, 1, 3, 6, 4, 6) = 28 sneak attack plus 7 bleed, plus 2 strength damage.
And the leader in the pit maybe takes 7 bleed if she’s not dead.

Elgan Dreadwood |

Heh, yep. I'm pretty used to having to catch up on the battle post(s) with these guys now. As I'm usually the one who gets busy at work and had to catch up! I think about 45 posts is the average. ;P
Oooo! I likee the 14th lvl Magus! I may have to get you to help me overhaul my 5th lvl magus I made for Tales of Opal thread. We'll talk! :)
Elgantree sways violently, as if a pushed by a heavy wind. (Even though the only wind in evidence is the passage of the groups weapons as they spring into action!) He calls out in the language of the forest, and calls for an old friend,...
Using my charm that makes Summon a single action, and calling up the Jolly Green Giant! :D
Suddenly, the ground behind the naginato-weilder erupts in a flurry of flying dirt and rocks. As the dust settles, it reveals a stone giant covered in vines. It looks at the naginato-weilder,... and grins.
"My friend says your a bad person. He says I get to play with you."
IN place of my extra attack, move Elgan forward 40' (haste speed included if I did the math right) so he can get within swinging range (remember size and reach) of the nearest enemy.

Claw the Golem |

IN place of my extra attack, move Elgan forward 40' (haste speed included if I did the math right) so he can get within swinging range (remember size and reach) of the nearest enemy.
That gets Elgan to LM 15-16. The big fella pops into being in NO 5-6, where he flanks Naggy with Satari-san; fortunately, he can attack right away. PS: beware the pit!
So, just to keep things moving: Attack 1: 11+21+2(flank)=AC 34, damage 2d8+21=33. Attack 2: 12+15+2=AC 29, damage 2d8+21=31.
Oni!

Beldan goes mobile on these byoches!
He runs the gubman through, and g2 takes 44 hp and 2 str damage.
Blood gushes through his leather armor.....

Oni!
JGG messes her universe up pretty bad.
She's still up, but turns into regular form. She is red skinned with a blue pig nose, gibbonlike long arms, and all the worst aspects of a threeway between a hobgoblin, a praying mantis, and a mandrill that some sick wizard cast a spell on to make a Monster Manual creature.
Now the badguys........in a few minutes there,....

dungeonmaster heathy |

g1 through g3 drop their gubs, pull their big ass clubs, giving an aoo out to Beldan and Doc;
unless an aoo takes any of the bastards out,....
g1 hits Beldan for 18 hp,
g2 misses Beldan,
and
g3 hits dok for 13 hp.
then,
k3 five foots to Emrael and
hits ac 35 for 13 hp,
hits ac 29 for 10 hp, and
hits ac 11 which I know misses her.
and,
k4 flies over emrael, can be aood as settles to the ground flanking emrael.
the flying samurai hits ac 29 for 12 hp.
g4 stands up; aoo from JGG is available.
finally,
the naginata wielder goes after Satari San.
"I'll deal with you next ugly!" she hisses at JGG.
she hits ac 36 for 15 hp,
she misses,
she hits ac 27 for 20 hp.
Group's attack, awa aoo's for Dok, Beldan, JGG, and Emrael as described above.

Beldan Vale |

Beldan attacks G2 again on his turn then; Sneak attack: 1d20 + 29 ⇒ (19) + 29 = 48 Damage: 1d6 + 7 + 7d6 ⇒ (2) + 7 + (5, 1, 3, 5, 2, 6, 1) = 32.
EDIT: Crit confirm: 1d20 + 29 ⇒ (13) + 29 = 42 Damage: 1d6 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12
If he falls, he’ll continue his full attack action on G1, otherwise he’ll keep whaling on G2.

Beldan Vale |

“These guys are tough,” Beldan comments to Dok, wincing at his bruised shoulder before turning his attention to G3 (not G1 after all).
Attack 2: 1d20 + 27 ⇒ (2) + 27 = 29 Damage: 1d6 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11
Attack 3: 1d20 + 22 ⇒ (10) + 22 = 32 Damage: 1d6 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8
then 5 foot step to C9.

Dok |

Dok strikes at the nasty on his left (G1) with a hard sideways slash as the opportunity presents itself.
AoO: 1d20 + 22 ⇒ (19) + 22 = 41

Dok |

Dok isolates himself from Beldan's foe (with a five foot step to A7, please.), following up the hard slash with several strikes, pressing his advantage against his enemy...

Satari-san |

Satari smiles patiently, accepting again a single cut, this time to his upper thigh. "You have speed, but your focus is a little sloppy. You are impatient. And impolite!"
The old man spins, smoothly avoiding the oni's last attack, and settles into a more aggressive stance, elbows folded close to his body. He glances up and raises an eyebrow as the huge-bodies stone creature rears up behind his opponent. Then, checking that his companions-of-the-moment fair well, he settles in to test the oni's defenses once more.
