While without a doubt Sele would cut it down, Clair's swing is disturbingly more enthusiastic, as the head and part of the zombie's right arm now hang attached to the rest by a mere few muscles, before it falls down.
Combat over.

The fighting in the rest of the hall has fallen silent.
The carnage you can set your eyes upon is grizzly, an utter massacre, with the bodies of both theater goers and zombies alike littering the floor.
If anybody survived, they had fled the aftermath.

"Poor miss Pentalunegro will not be pleased with this.", noting the zombified Pathfinder to the others. Vassago then looks for any notes or clues on the body that may aid them before following the others into the theater.

Clair takes her wand of cure light wounds and taps herself with it.

She then notices some of her bruises won't heal.
"This a side effect of your healing, Vassago?" Clair asks while biting her lower lip.
After putting her wand away, Clair checks she zombies she's taken control over. "They're not doing exactly what I want them to... This way they're just a risk, as the enemy may still turn them against us."
Clair walks over to the zombies she's partially taken control of and cuts them down with her scythe. "Shame... Probably for the best though..."

On poor Wuthers, Vassago finds several letters, which were likely ready to be- but never sent.

Following the voices, now accompanied by screams of fear, the gang heads for the door leading to Area 5, one of the entrance halls.
Sele opens the door, you see a small group of survivors being cornered by some zombies and a female commanding them.
A frail middle aged man yells at you, when he notices you.
"You there, you must save me.....erm, us! This woman is crazy!"
While there were the previously DC 13 checks, this one directs them directly, making this an opposed charisma checks gig.
I'll make an opposed charisma roll every time Clair issues an order to the zombies, assuming she takes control. A check for each zombie seperately Clair ;)

With that said, Clair raises her scythe. A black aura appears around Clair, flows onto her scythe, and collects around the blade. Clair then swings the scythe at the female cleric.
