knowledge religion: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20 and some mighty smashing blows. Go forward friends, and we will make those skeletons rue the day they decided to fight Gorrec the Magnificent and his brave companions.
While speaking Gorrec draws a dagger which he waves around to underline his statements.
Standard action: Starting a bardic performance(oratory) for + 1 to hit and +1 damage, and rolling knowledge as a free action on the skeletons to tell everyone we need to use bludgeoning damage against them and drawing a dagger as a move action.

![]() |

"Bludgening you say? I knew I forgot something. I shall take to blows let me block this acces point, and I shall fight them with positive energie." "Nitoriu: stay".
Mila walks up, uses her spring loaded wristsheath to get out a wand of cure light and readies a fight defensively touch attack if one gets near.
defensive touch attack: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (6) - 1 = 51d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

GM Woran |

After taking up position, the skeletens amble forward.
They dont look like much, just a collection of bones with a few scraps of cloth still stuck to them.
With May blocking the entryway, not all skeletons can make it. Sadly, her attack misses

Unfortunately, the last claw does hit. You have an AC of 20, which he made on his attack roll. You meet it, you beat it.

![]() |

Araklifest casts shield before he wades into action. He knows his best weapon would be a bludgeoing one, but lacking one, he spends one point from his arcane pool to grant his rapier an +1 enhancement bonus.

GM Woran |

Defensive, right. I missed that part. Then don't mind me.
Dont mind me either then, I completely read over that part.
Araklifest and Raziq prepare for the skeletons, but with the corridor so small, there is little they can do.

Rico tries to get past May and slip past the skeletons. He tumbles around, forgetting that he is encumbered by the second backpack.
Tumble: 1d20 + 7 - 3 ⇒ (2) + 7 - 3 = 6
Whelp, that ain't good...
He then uses his wand of CLW to then attack Skeleton Purple (or heal himself, if he took more than 6 damage from the Attacks of Opportunity)
CLW attack: 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (4) - 2 = 2 for 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5 positive damage, save for half (DC=11)

GM Woran |

Rico clumsily moves forward, letting his guard down. Both skeletons take the opportunity to attack him.
claw attack skeleton blue: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10
claw attack skeleton purple: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19
damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
Did Rico have enough actions left to draw his shield? If not the 19 is a hit and he takes damage. Either way, he tries to hit the skeleton as the damage is 4
Rico tries to retaliate with the wand, but completely misses the skeleton.
For everyone, Rico is in half a square. I tend to say you can stand in half a square, but friends cant freely move trough that square anymore (normally they can). If you move trough, you take squeezing penalties for that square.

![]() |

Araklifest and Rico seem ready to join in battle. "I can move if you want to join melee or keep tanking if you want to range them."
Mila delays until one of them indicates for her to move aside.
If so than she will take a 5 foot step aside and attack with the wand without fighting devensively,
If not than she will attack fighting defensively from her position.

![]() |

It is a buckler, you strap it to your forearm and leave it there until you forget about it. So yes, Rico had his shield out. But for the sake of good storytelling, I'm willing to take the hit. I did seriously fail on that Tumble.

![]() |

Seeing the rest of the party not do much useful Gorrec continues his speech: I said, Those Skeletons will rue the day they decided to fight Gorrec the Magnificent and his Brave Companions!
He picks up a rock from the ground and throws it at the nearest skeleton
attack - improvised, - soft cover - in melee - 1 range increment + bard song: 1d20 + 2 - 4 - 4 - 4 - 2 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 2 - 4 - 4 - 4 - 2 + 1 = -6
maintain performance, grabbing a rock as move, throwing it as a standard while hoping for a natural 20
This is the lowest to hit score I have ever seen

![]() |

May decides to attack purple.
touch attack with wand: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 201d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
I'm back to 20 AC now

GM Woran |

Gorrec throws a rock, but manages to bounce it of the the cavern wall and it sails majestically over the skeletons head.
May hits the skeleton this time, and it crumples to dust.
Skeletons: Seeing an opening, green ambles forward, singeling out rico.

![]() |

I think I made a tactical boo boo...
Rico 5ft steps in front of May, realizing that he needs to tread carefully. He then looks at his hand and sees that he is still holding the charge of the CLW attack he tried to make.
"Better not let this go to waste."
Rico taps himself on the chest, healing himself.
CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Not as much as I had hoped, but better than nothing.

GM Woran |

"Araklifest: Shoots a ray, impacting on the skeleton. Cracks appear in its bones, but it still keeps going.

May walks back down the cave and steps into an alcove and readies an touch attack with the wand if a skeleton comes around the corner.
"Rico my friend, withdraw for now and lead them into the tunnel."

Ok, May already posted and moved, but the skeletons go first
Gorrec withdraws, leaving room for others.

Rico is down, I repeat, Rico is down.
And bleeding heavily.
Luckily it wasn't a Great Ax crit... But I'm a bit unlucky at the moment.

![]() |

"Lucky" might be both fitting and honest at the moment. Since he hasn't really told the truth once about those cookies.

![]() |

"Oh, poor fellow! Don't worry, I've got your back!"
Raziq moves forward and casts Cure Light Wounds on Rico. 1 spell left for today.
Cure Light Wounds: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Whelp. ._. At least you're stable.
EDIT: Or would the rest of us prefer I use Stabilize? It won't heal Rico, but it'll allow the skellies to come to us. Right now I'm the one clogging the passageway, and my AC isn't too great, either.

![]() |

Araklifest grins gloomy when Rico goes down in an avalanche of skeletons and Raziq blocks the way to reach the monsters directly. He tries another ray of frost at the middle skeleton. This time he is not so lucky, missing the skeleton clearly.
blue one again
ranged touch attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8

![]() |

[ooc]sorry about that, misinterpreted the initiative list[ooc]
I think the heal was appropriate and I'm guessing that Rico will play dead for a while regardless. If possible May would like to change her action to dragging Raziq with her, preferably with herself at the back so she can take the hits, instead of reading the attack.
I'll leave it to the gm if it's possible and to change to map if so.

![]() |

Rico is Stable and stopped bleeding, but he still isn't moving.
If he is playing dead, he seems to be very good at it.
Also, if I hadn't heal myself those 3 hitpoints when I did, I would have been dead... Yay Healing!

GM Woran |

Raziq: staunches Rico's bleeding.
Araklifest: Shoots a ray of frost, but misses the skeleton.
Rico: Stable but unconscious. Yup, if you hadnt healed, you would be skeleton food. 'Lucky' Rico Fink it is! :P
May: Drags Rico back.

Gorrec moves towards Rico and starts looking into the bag of Janira for the wand of cure light wounds.
I assume this takes a full round action, if I have a standard left, I will poke Rico.

GM Woran |

I see the map got updated, May dragged Rico into the corner (tactically sound). So you use a move to retrieve the backpack and a standard to find the wand.
Skeletons: With Rico dragged away, leaving a trail of blood on the cave floor, the skeletons mindlesly wander forward, bottlenecking in the cave.
Red cant advance due to the cave wall, and Blue suffers from a hard corner.

Gorrec: Gorrec comes to the aid of his fallen companion and uses Janira's wand to heal him.
May: The skeletons shuffle forward, triggering an attack.
melee touch: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19 damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

Servitor (Sp): As a standard action, you can expend 1 point of mental focus to summon a servitor. This ability functions as summon monster I, but you can use it only to summon a single creature, and the effect lasts for 1 minute. At 4th level and every 3 levels thereafter, the level of the summon monster spell increases by 1, to a maximum of summon monster VII at 19th level.
I can do this two more times, BTW.

Sense Motive: 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (18) - 2 = 16
"Customers? Welcome! Do not be alarmed, I was merely checking the inside of my eyelids, nothing to worry about. So, about those cookies you... wanted... to order...?"
Rico looks at the skeleton.
"Dear Picoperi, you're not even skin over bones anymore! How long have you been waiting, sir? I'm so very sorry!"
Rico, still not really aware what has happened, throws himself back against the wall (Full Defence), and slowly stands up, in horror of the starved people.
He will do this after Gorrec has healed him, once he is conscious again.
