Laughing at his own joke, he steps past Glade Wolf, and walking up the hallway 35 ft. he stops at the doors in the hall and looks in the left door.

Not seeing any creatures Einar answers Shae "nein, ich sehe nichts, I vill go in further. ja?" Hoping the rest of the party will aid him if there is anything crawling about the room to the east, Einar proceeds into the room to search it for anything of value.

After poking around the two rooms with his club, Einar finally growls to himself nichts, nichts, was hier in returning to the hallway looking first at the Dwarf Shae, then the rest of the party Einar declares, "nichts, nix, null, nothing but kitsch, trash, in those two rooms. Shall we continue north? Or elsewhere?" Looking at Agromite he ask " Master-gnome do you desire ihr stein, your stone back?"

Jamadar takes a quick look in the two rooms in the obvious places once Einar says it is clear, making sure there is nothing left behind (such as a door, or treasure).

He then proceeds down the hall, putting one hand over his lips for silence and watching for traps and creatures, motioning for Agromite to join him.

edit, Agromite, Einar checked the two rooms, do you want to move your icon up twenty or thirty feet?
Einar, resist the urge to run up to where Agromite is to help him look, but he tries to at least stay to where he can see the little scout. Holding his club, twitchy for something to do.

I'm back. Pardon for the unseemly break. I had a lot of fun but walked back into a hornet's nest of family issues, but that's neither here nor there.
The doors to either side of the corridor where Jamadar and Agromite are standing are both open.

Jamadar backs up quietly to the door, so much as he can, and motions into the room at the movement, pulling out his bow and making room for the others to enter.
Will ready a shot for a sort of surprise attack if it responds to anyone moving closer, or when the others are in position

finally he must have found something Seeing Jamadar motion and make room, Einar enters the room looking at the location that Jamadar motioned too getting his club ready he begins searching for something to whack.

Seeing that there is something in this room, Agromite trusts his small size will keep him unnoticed as he slips into the room. Keeping his back to the wall he takes a few steps away from the doorway to clear a path for the others.

"What's in there?", the half orc shouts while moving up to the door, leaving room for the party to get through.

The enemy bursts from cover, revealing itself as a small band of dire rats (six, in all). Jamadar looses an arrow as the first one breaks cover, dropping the rat in it's tracks. The remaining rats attack with a vengeance, tearing into the gnome and the elf. (Agromite takes 2 points of damage and Jamadar takes 6 points.)
