Will Save 2: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19
Four total. 22/26 HP
Ophelia manages to weather the green energy rather well. She readies her Wand of Magic Missile and takes a shot with it at the demon straight ahead of her. However, its spell resistance eats the spell before it can do anything. The wizard frowns at her failure and then backs up several feet just in case they plan to fire another wave at the group.
SR: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6 Meh.
Damage: 3d4 + 3 ⇒ (3, 1, 1) + 3 = 8
Ophelia fires her Wand of Magic Missile at Demon P20 and the moves herself to P30.
GM Void Dragon
The man is almost taken down by the sheer flurry of blows that hit him, and it almost seems like Ophelia's magic missile would take him down before he resisted the magic. The jovial look on his face turns into anger as he backs up.
"You won't like me when I'm angry humans!"
The head of the man makes a sickening crunch as a giant worm emerges from the body and let's even more green energy go out and harm more of the group. The other man also loses his jovial look and he also makes even more foul green energy dance around and harm the group.
2d6 + 2 ⇒ (5, 2) + 2 = 9
Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5 DC 16 will to half. Only Valkyire, Viktor, Halara, and Telis need to make this save.
Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10 DC 16 will to half. Only Valkyire, Viktor, Halara, and Telis need to make this save.
Everyone can see that the creatures actually seems to be healed by this foul energy many of its wounds closing back up.
Party up!

The one currently in worm form is the golden worm that I just added to the map the other man who is still looking human now has an onyx border to help determine differences.

Gotcha, thanks.

Will: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13 Really????
These two creatures were too strong to fight against, and Halara was not comfortable at all against that green energy, so she tried to take one monster away from the battle completely by obscuring its mind and putting it to sleep.
"Slumber!" Hex DC 15 Will save or sleep for four rounds. No HD limit. Aimed at the non-transformed one.
GM Void Dragon
Viktor's longsword cuts through the worm creature's body spilling its blood to the ground. Then Vlakyrie's scimitar cuts off a chunk of the worm's head area. Still squirming around the worm is then set upon by Telis's claws as they tear great gashes in the creature. With the slew of attacks the worm is unable to continue fighting as its healing just can't keep up. It collapses on the ground in a bloody heap.
Will save: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8
The other creature slumps onto the ground asleep.
Ophelia is up.

"Make sure it stays down!" Viktor goes to the other one, raising his longsword and bringing it down for a decapitating blow.

I'm a little confused mechanically. I thought Halara's sleep hex was supposed to put it to sleep for 4 rounds? I'm not very educated on how witch's work, but my understanding that since it failed its save we have 4 rounds before it's awake.
GM Void Dragon
for 4 rounds it wouldn't be able to wake up, but if it takes any damage it automatically wakes up.
Halara
Precisely.
Halara wasn't expecting the thing to get up, specially after Viktor's decapitating blow, but they should have been more careful. She tries to finish the fallen monster.

man... at some point I'm going to go through and record every d20 roll i've made so far in this game... so far there's been one natural 20 and probably 80% or more single digits...
Ophelia Iestelle Glinathir
Ophelia fires a magic missile. Unfortunately, the demon's spell resistance once again eats the attack. The wizard silently vows to start studying ways to bypass the common arcanist's greatest bane.
SR: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10 Meh. Even if the +2 from being an elf counts, then that probably misses.
Damage: 3d4 + 3 ⇒ (2, 1, 1) + 3 = 7
GM Void Dragon
Don't worry about wasting a charge off the wand Ophelia. Also, Valkyrie you should probably roll damage regardless of whether you think you hit or not, because since this thing went out of its human body its AC drops, and your first attack will hit.
Dam 1: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
With the worm no longer benefiting from its fleshly armor it gets a horrible slash from Halara's falchard, and two cuts from Valkyire's scimitar. It collapses on the floor bleeding. Then Telis begins to bite and claw and while his attacks don't deal that much damage they are still enough to ensure that the worm won't be getting back up again.
Combat over
Halara
"Not for now. I'll take care of myself at this moment." I mean, we're the party with most healing resources ever!
With impressive skill, Halara heals herself with some spirit energy.
Healing Hex: 1d8 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 4 + 1 = 13
CLW: 1d8 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 4 + 1 = 11
"Let's keep moving, we don't have much time." She grabs one of corpses to carry inside, and gestures for someone to pick the other.
Valkyrie Stormseeker
Val will give Micah and his Kitty a pop.. "Can we wait a couple of minutes and lets this healing do its magic?" After a minute she taps herself again.. She taps the Kitty again if it still needs it..
Valkyrie Stormseeker
"I will use the blood of my enemies if it helps me defeat them.. It is an arcanists only way of healing so unless you want me walking around half dead then hush an lets keep moving.."
Ophelia Iestelle Glinathir
"No need to worry, Micah. Aside from magically detecting as evil for a minute, the spell is harmless for the recipient. Also, Val speaks the truth. I personally don't care for the spell, but Infernal Healing is probably the only way we arcanists can cure wounds without a lifetime of magical device training."
Viktor Rusnak
Viktor stops dead in his tracks; clearly he's not so easily entertaining the idea of using evil magic. "Explaining the usefulness of the magic does not justify using it. There are plenty of us here that can heal without resorting to such lowly tools. Any one of my brothers in arms would stand against the use of such evil, and I have sworn an additional oath against fiends. We do not have to sink to their level to defeat them, we are better than that."
It's such a shame because infernal healing is actually the most cost efficient wand for keeping the party healthy out of combat. But it's just completely against everything Viktor stands for.
Valkyrie Stormseeker
"I understand your cause but if this thing can keep me alive than ill use it.. I don't go telling you what you can and cant use.. Now I suggest you let it go and lets continue with whats really important, not bickering over the use of an item.. That said I will not use the wand unless it is absolutely necessary.."
Once healed Val will move into the place slowly..
Stealth: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (5) + 11 = 16
Viktor Rusnak
I'd recognize that double dot anywhere, hi Vlad!
Viktor stares in disbelief. "It's not just some thing that you're using, you're using evil magic, with the blood of devils!"
Ophelia Iestelle Glinathir
Ophelia rubs the side of her arm sheepishly, "Viktor, I actually agree with you on this, but can we put it aside for now? Devils and their magic are wicked, but they aren't the ones who are threatening to destroy the entire city and, by extension, all of Golarion. If we start infighting about this issue, then we risk the entire mission."
Valkyrie Stormseeker
Hello there Omen! Indeed my dots are infamous. My buddy in RL hates me for them.
Without stopping to argue anymore Val creeps into the Grey Garrison.. "We can talk about it later."
GM Void Dragon
Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 16
Valkyrie goes into the Grey Garrison and while looking around notices that along the northern wall of this room, a frieze depicts a line of mounted crusaders crashing over a horde of twisted demons. The crusaders’ faces have been obliterated and vile graffiti is carved over the entire scene. Fresh blood stains the floor. She attempts to be quiet, but as her foot knocks some of the defaced stone over she hears a few voices suddenly go silent before six tieflings walk in. You hear them cry out an alarm before getting ready to attack.
Enemy's Initiative: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21
Halara's Initiative: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7

Opehila, and Micah then Enemies, and then the rest of the party to act.
Micah Haynes
Micah cannot see the tieflings when they arrive, but noticing Val's startled reaction his reflexes kick in and he springs into action... moving forward and to his right until he can see the threat single move, he looses an arrow at the northern-most enemy.
attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9, for: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9 missing badly, for max damage (as usual).
With a whistle, he calls Telis to him and the faithful creature places himself in front of his master, granting him cover from ranged attacks and preventing others from charing him. Telis readies an action to attack any enemy that comes into range. Please feel free to roll that attack during the post for the enemy. He'll be at +8 to hit for 1d6+4 and a free trip attempt.
Ophelia Iestelle Glinathir
Ophelia quickly scurries to the entrance of the Grey Garrison. However, she opts to wait for the others before entering the building proper.
Ophelia double moves to S15.
GM Void Dragon
One of the tieflings moves around Valkyrie to try and warn the keep while the rest of them move forward to engage Valkyire. Three of them start swinging at her with their shortswords.

Even with the advantage of speed only one of the tieflings manages to land a hit on Valkyrie. Opening a cut on her arm though Valkyrie's speed manages to keep the tiefling from making it any worse.
Party up

Halara tries to prevent the red one fleeing from warning other creatures. She moves until she is able to see him, although with a lot of folks in the way, and casts a curse on him. "Slumber!"
DC 15 Will Save or fall asleep for four rounds.
GM Void Dragon
Victor manages to cut a serious blow against one of the tielfings. Valkyrie regards the one who attacked her and returns the blow she took twice causing the tefling to fall over in a pool of his blood.
Will save: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 1 = 19
The other tiefling continues to stand even after Halara attempted to cause it to sleep.
Ophelia and Micah are still up.
Micah Haynes
Micah fires another arrow, this time at the tiefling directly in front of Viktor. looks like I have a clear shot, I am firing into melee though...
arrow: 1d20 + 7 - 4 ⇒ (14) + 7 - 4 = 17, for: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
Then Telis bolts forward at the same target, snapping his strong jaw and trying to pull it down...
charge: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27, for: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8 plus trip: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (7) + 10 = 17
Ophelia Iestelle Glinathir
With the entranceway blocked, Ophelia moves back to get a clearer look at the fighting. Seeing Val surrounded, the elf points her wand at the nearest enemy in sight and shoots a trio of Magic Missiles at them. Hopefully, it will be enough to drop the cultist and let Viktor slip into the melee.
MM Damage: 3d4 + 3 ⇒ (4, 2, 2) + 3 = 11
Ophelia moves to Q7 and fires a Magic Missile at the thug at Q13 (the one right in front of Viktor).
GM Void Dragon
Viktor's sword and Micah's arrow will take down the tiefling, so I will have Telis and Ophelia's attack hit the other tiefling flanking Valkyrie. We can retcon if you wish to do something else.
With Viktor's slash opens up a horrible wound in the tiefling in front of him and as the tiefling doubles over in pain Micah's arrow slams into him causing him to fall to the ground. Telis then rushes forward and bites the other tiefling attacking Valkyrie. The tiefling falls and then has several magic missile's slam into him making him go still. The other tiefling continues his warning moving into a room ahead. The others attack Valkyrie and then they back up hiding further in the building.
Attack 1: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
Damage 1: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Attack 2: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (12) + 3 = 15
Damage 2: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
The two teifling's don't have much luck with their strikes as Valkyrie dodges and blocks all of their strikes.
Each of them will provoke an AoO from Valkyrie.
