Augrym slips past Unrak, but not the fey. The heavy greatclub catches him in the sternum, doubling him over and sending him tumbling back down the stairs (Unrak prudently ducks the flying half-orc). The big man does not miss a beat, stepping in with a growl and offering two quick slashes with the feybane blade, drawing two thick red lines in the spriggan's armor (almost but not confirmed on the crit).

Bytor creeps up the stairs behind the two brawlers.

Slight re-working as per Slack:

Augrym gets stopped dead in his tracks by the spriggan's club. Unrak slips around behind him, giving the big fey another opportunity. The blow nearly knocks the Redleaf down, but still Unrak uses his long arms to give better than he got. Marc offers some healing while Bytor sneaks quietly up the stairs behind the brawlers.

AoO @ Unrak: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (15) + 18 = 33 HIT Damage: 2d8 + 11 ⇒ (6, 6) + 11 = 23

A door behind Unrak suddenly opens, revealing another spriggan in large form behind. The head of a halberd swings for big man's spine. Somehow Unrak does not fall.

Down the hall, a smaller spriggan caught in Zed's web tries to fire a crossbow at the redbeard. The bolt goes wide.

Another tries to make a break out of the webs, getting nowhere. Acrobatics: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7 FAIL

And the defender on the roof hurls another stone.

The maps aren't congruent. I'm assuming the 2nd floor map is correct. "NO! I WILL BURN THIS TOWER DOWN IF I HAVE TO!" He wheels onto the stairs and casts a spell of Ball Lightning while trying to maintain his defense. He has them both appear about the spriggan's head.

Cast Defensively DC 23: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (20) + 11 = 31 REF is DC 18, they take a -4 if they're in metal armor. Ball 1: 3d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 3) = 12 and Ball 2: 3d6 ⇒ (2, 5, 5) = 12

If you look at my post before and after that channel from Marc, you will see that my running total for Unrak's HP went from 55 to 62. That said, you did ask me to change your total from 41 (my count) to 31 (your count) soon after that, and I cannot identify where the -10 would be coming from, so I will change your total to 13. A friendly reminder though that ANY negative number means instant death for you, as you would immediately lose 14 HP due to end of bloodrage, promptly exceeding your negative Con (also 14)...

Going after the big one will leave the lesser one behind me. I've been able to taka the weaker ones easily, so that's the best bet

Finally, once both swings are taken, Unrak steps 5' north into the room with the dead (green) spriggan, to avoid the wrath of the greater one.

Unrak adheres to the rule of kill or be killed. His first mighty swing puts the halberdier within an inch of death, the second decapitates him completely. The big man quickly moves to stand over the body. Bytor comes up the stairs behind him, giving Unrak a touch of healing.

The room that Unrak just fought his way into appears to be a guard post, and a ladder on the north wall extends up to a trapdoor some 20' up, presumably atop the watchtower.
