Kafir Raml-meshayh-alemlhed |

"We're looking for a half-elf," Kafir says matter-of-factly in his soldiery tone.

Algonso Gentky |

Completely missed the offer of the Lesser Res. I will accept and thank the alchemist for accepting the opportunity to aid Razmir unrequested (as such acts show devotion to the struggle of life.) Lesres: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
"I believe you may be confusing the situation, Mr. Kafir," the Razmiran states, approaching the bespectacled man. "We are acquainted with the former adventuring part of Dern Fosimuth, and they wish to see him for their reunion. One of their membership is a half-elf, which means he may have already checked him out and is taking him to the meeting as we speak. Where, perhaps is the check-out sheet for the residents, and may I see it?"
Bluff? Diplo is same if more applicable.: 1d20 + 19 - 1 ⇒ (1) + 19 - 1 = 19
Since this may be applicable now...
Your easygoing demeanor allows you to sometimes recover from potentially awkward social situations or even condemnatory faux pas. Once per day when you fail a Diplomacy check by 5 or more and would cause an NPC’s attitude toward you to worsen, you can immediately attempt another Diplomacy check against the same DC as a free action. If you succeed at this second Diplomacy check, the character’s attitude doesn’t change, as though you had failed the original check by 4 or less.

Moving into the office, Kafir and Algonso address the administrators. The man continues looking down his nose at the party and says. "Um, yeah. I am afraid visiting hours aren't until this evening. You'll have to return later. We are very busy at the moment. Good day." He says icily, then motions to the two nurses and the three exit and turn north down the hall.

Akaash Vashtar |

Akaash whispers to his companions. "We should venture in these halls unseen. The half-elf may be our man, especially since he appeared to make research on a process to stop or slow aging for mortals. We can't let that chance pass."
He then tries to hide as much as he can while roaming the halls of that sinister place. The mindchemist opens the first door on his left.
Stealth: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11

Kafir Raml-meshayh-alemlhed |

"I prefer a direct approach but I will defer to you in this instance."
Stealth: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9

Akaash Vashtar |

"I think we should find some kind of evidence of what's really happening here first, don't you think?"
Seeing that Kafir and 'Roo/Roger aren't very qualified for stealth either, he sighs and nods at Kafir.
"I suppose you're right, sneaking doesn't seem to be down our alley."

Algonso Gentky |

"Yes, but if the 'direct method' means what I think it means, I'd prefer to avoid that." Algonzo notes. "Give me an hour; hiding in plain sight is far easier than going unseen."
Algonzo will find a place to buy whatever caretaker clothing is in Golarion and use that to disguise himself (unmasked and redressed.) Going for an Assistant Nurse disguise (or whatever equivalent.)
His disguise check right now is +12 (thanks to the alchemist halving my damage with his extract.)

Everyone begins to sneak out into the hall, while Algonso starts thinking about a disguise. Before the Razmiran can get out the door, the party is accosted, bt the hospital staff!

I believe that one can attack the cavalier now.

Oh, sorry! I forgot we were in no-attack mode for the moment. Does a trip count as an attack? Can I trade that roll out for a trip instead? It'd be a 24 to trip.

Kafir makes sure they are truly dead before turning to his companions. "We should hurry then. Something strange is going on. Either they've got our half-elf or he's doing some dark business with them. We need to find out."
The Rahadoumi moves to another door and yanks it open!

Akaash Vashtar |

"I agree, we need to act quickly, but not without rational thinking. More haste, less speed. In the meantime, please drink this Roger! It shall fortify your skin."
That's an infusion of barkskin (+2 natural armor).

GM Tektite |

Searching the bodies of the staffers, you find they each carried a disguise kit, a wand of alter self with 12 charges, and 75 gp.
Moving to the next room to the northwest, you open the door to find a nurses station. This small office holds a bed and chair for patient examination and treatment that can’t be performed in a patient’s room. Three cabinets sit against the far wall.
Second Cabinet: Three doses of meditation tea, 1 dose of padzahr, 12 doses of indigo dreams poison, two potions of cure light wounds, and one potion of lesser restoration.
Third Cabinet: One dose of antiplague, 1 dose of antitoxin, 1 dose of twitch tonic, and 8 doses of smelling salts.

Kafir Raml-meshayh-alemlhed |

Kafir opens up his backpack and begins swiping everything into it.
Although if you want any particular item, take. Probably best to split them up anyways. Kafir does not want the potions unless he can confirm that they are not divine.

Akaash Vashtar |

"Be at rest, Kafir, most of those remedies are of alchemical origin, none of them are divine or even magical. Roger will take the two restorative potions, and the third will be useful right away to Algonso. His mirth has been somehow lessened of late - this should help."
Algonso should use the lesser restoration potion right now. Trust me, I'm an alchemist.
He then hands the smelling salts to everyone. "Use this should any of us fall into a comatose state, it will rouse their senses."

GM Tektite |

I'm going to assume you explore counterclockwise?
Moving into the rear hall, the party checks the next door to the south, entering a storage room. Like everything else, the storage room suffers from neglect. Precious few medical and custodial supplies remain. There are no vials of medicine as there were in the nursing station, only ratty bandages, moth-eaten sets of spare clothes for the patients, and basic disinfectants.
Continuing the methodical search, the party searches the next room. The room appears empty, save for two beds. Suddenly, two child-like horrors with bloody, tooth-filled mouths that look almost like a horrific gashes gasping in the necks, rise up from under the sheets and attack!
