Sebastian quaffs his antitoxin along with the others as they enter Eel's End. The astringent liquid coats his throat and his mouth fills with saliva. He spits on the threshold as they cross, and he grinds the spiders with his heels as they march toward Chittersnap's lair.

Sebastian successfully slashes away a small section of webbing and steps into the cleared area.
Nadya fails to spot Chittersnap hiding in the webs so she holds until he appears.
Ayako casts bless.
Chittersnap holds.
Col spots the webs but steps into the room anyway and promptly gets entangled in them. Luckily a dream spider is within reach and he pierces past the web into the creature's abdomen. The spider bleeds profusely but hangs onto life by a thread.
Col needs to make a Fortitude save DC 11 for coming in contact with the web or take 1 point of Wisdom damage. This is a poison effect so your antitoxin bonus applies.
Once Col enters the web, Chittersnap springs into action and skitters over to bite him.

Figuring Chittersnap is the greater danger and that the spider's might not even succumb to her abilities, Nadya keeps concentrating on limiting the ettercap, trying to make him easier for Col to hit.

Sebastian's "flawless" thrust kills the threatening spider and it drops out of the web onto the floor. Col also dispatches the second dream spider, leaving only the ettercap remaining.
Chittersnap's poison takes hold in Col's veins, slowly draining his speed.
The cowardly ettercap bites and slashes at Col, using him as a shield from the rest of the party. The brutal attack leaves Col bleeding unconscious and hanging suspended upright in the entrapping webs.

Sebastian cuts Col down from the webs and he drops to the floor. Ayako brings Col back to consciousness but he overexerts himself with a weak thrust and falls back out. Chittersnap easily avoids the attack.
Chittersnap ignores Col as no longer a threat and steps over to attack Sebastian. It scores a bite on Sebastian's shoulder injecting him with its venom.

Round 4
Sebastian parries Chittersnap's bite and hits it with a successful retaliatory strike. He then shifts into a defensive position, waving his sword but not hitting anything.
Ayako continues to tend to Col's wounds, bringing him back to consciousness.
Col swings from the ground, successfully hitting Chittersnap in the leg but only doing a minor cut.
The poison continues to course through Col's veins. Even with the antitoxin, his body has been unable to fight off its effects yet.

Round 5
As Chittersnap steps back into the darkness, Sebastian's eyes lose track of him. Entangled and surrounded by webs that could be hiding the abomination, he begins to lose his nerve. "A torch would be nice right now!" he calls, half-whimpering.
Taking a deep breath, he probes his belt, pulling out his dagger. Urgently, he begins slicing at the sticky white strands that cover him.

Col is looking much better after Ayako cures him again. The majority of his wounds have disappeared and he safely stands up while the ettercap is not within striking distance. Unfortunately he continues to suffer the effects of the poison.

Sebastian, still entangled, struggles out of the room while Ayako prepares to set the webs on fire. You can move at half speed while entangled by Chittersnap. His webs are not anchored like the ones in the room.
Col bursts his bindings. Col can still move in this round if he wants to leave the room as well.

Having managed somehow to get Col to shake off the poison, Nadya looks back into the room trying to spot Chittersnap. Still weak from her own bout with poison, she tries to activate the wand of magic missiles to strike the ettercap. Unfortunately, she doesn't quite have the knack and the wand fails to activate.

Round 7
Ayako ignites the webs and the thin filaments ignite in a flash. Chittersnap, who was hiding in the webs, catches fire and begins to thrash around in a panic. The webs are replaced with a semi-transparent purple haze that clouds your minds as the poison laced on the dream spider's webs burns off. Luckily it seems to already be dissipating.

Chittersnap rolls on the ground, trying to put out the fire. He succeeds in putting out the fire but now lies prone in the room with no webs to protect him.

After drinking the extract, Col is back to full hit points. And with Nadya's help, he finally purges his body of the poison and the paralyzing effect ends. It will still take time to recover from the damage the poison already inflicted, however.
Sebastian holds until Ayako burns the webs and then double moves into the room up to Chittersnap. The webs binding him slow his movement.
Nadya aims a wand at the ettercap but it unable to activate it.

Sebastian thrusts at the creature, instead sticking the wooden timbers of the floor as it attacks Col.

Seeing the boys seem to have the creature nearly in hand, Nadya tries again to activate the wand. Finally successful, a little glowing ball flies across the room, striking Chittersnap without error.

Col and Sebastian mercilessly stab at the ettercap. Green blood gushes from multiple wounds. The glowing ball of force is the final blow, slamming directly into Chittersnap and dropping him dying on the floor.
With no master, any remaining spider reverts to its original nature and scurries into hiding. Silence returns to the empty ship.
