Falshin can also make an attempt to Disable the trap if need be. Or, worse case scenario, I use telekinetic blast to smash the heck out of the archway. I'm thinking if there are any adamantine parts inside the robot... yank it out and Falshin can keep around extra bits of adamantine. You really can do some silly things with adamantine!

We will assume that Falshin destroys or disables the archway before you all start traipsing around, because otherwise it will suck for you.

The construct is made of metal and wires, but nothing specific you can note. The outer shell is similar in hue and touch to that of the red walls.

Through the archway, you find another room. Twice as wide as it is long, this large, oval chamber is illuminated with a murky radiance by dimly glowing overhead crystals. The room is bare of furnishings, just an open space with a dozen semicircular alcoves around the perimeter. Mechanical horrors identical to those outside occupy a number of these alcoves, but none of the automatons seem active, and some have even fallen over. A door stands in the center of the northern wall.

A flight of metal stairs descends through a corridor sheathed in the same brick-red metal. The corridor seems in better repair than most, with no missing panels and functional overhead lighting. The stairs end at a door to the north, while two narrow arches open on either side of the hall.

The right archway leads to a barracks with two metal bunk beds and four footlockers. There were no apparent luxuries.

You then look to the right, and hear a woman's voice. "Stop right there if you don't want a bolt through your face! Who are you, and why did you create this death trap!" The room looks much like the first - basic barracks. But you catch a glimpse of 2 people in the far corner, hiding behind a bunk and aiming at you.

Some of our companions created an obstacle course with traps and riddles that we were supposed to accomplish. I am sorry for the death of your companions; however, we do not believe that metal man who killed them was part of the original course. Something clearly has gone amiss within this place. Will you lower your weapons and allow us to enter to parlay with you?"

Falshin nods to the woman's words and notices her numerous wounds. "Seems Harlo picked the wrong time, unfortunately." He approaches the female with empty hands. "Here, let me handle those wounds of yours. If we are to travel the rest of this place together, we should all be at our best." If she allows him, Falshin will place his hands upon her shoulders and utilize his power of the aether to manipulate her into rapidly healing her wounds. Once finished he staggers slightly, a very visible sheen of sweat upon his brow. "There. That should help."

Using Kinetic Healer to take 1 Burn and 1 nonlethal damage to heal the female bandit.

Once they begin moving, Falshin notices the strange tattoos. Being a Varisian the young man has a great appreciation of that style of art. "Tell me... What are your names anyway? I am Falshin Korvaska." Assuming they provide their names. "Those are some interesting tattoos you have? I do not believe I have seen anything like them before? Where did you get them? What do they symbolize?"

The woman thanks you for your care. "My name's Shechera, and this is Meleren."

When asked about the tattoos, Merelen says "Unfortunately, I know not from where they came. I do not recall much of my past, so I have simply had these as long as I can recall."

You continue on from the barracks into the door at the bottom of the stairs.

The monotony of red steel ends in this octagonal chamber. Red metal looms in the background, but is accented by gleaming chrome panels and tables set against every wall. A round table stands upon a plinth in the center of the room. Bronze and brass levers and dials occupy all these surfaces, along with flat bits of glass, some lit, some dark. Beyond the central table, a wide red metal pillar with a door in its southern face stretches from floor to ceiling. More doors open off the south, east, and west walls.

Falshin flinches as he suddenly finds himself face-to-face with the strange skeletons. "Hey!" He immediately sends the adamantine dagger twirling from his belt at the nearby undead and then falling back a little.

These are plasma skeletons (nothing you should have encountered before, but who knows where information may come from). You are able to tell they are immune to both electricity and fire, and still have DR 5/bludgeoning.

Therefore, your acid attack is a good call!

Puk starts cracking jokes, which bolsters everyone's spirits.

As Sabni zaps the first one with a ray of acid, it shutters and explodes! (green gone) Then he moves toward the others.

Then Falshin sends his dagger flying (at blue), blasting through it, causing it to also explode!

@Sabni - since you would have witnessed the explosion of green before you moved, I am assuming you would not get immediately next to one of the others, so pulled you back 5' to avoid damage from that explosion. However, if you wish to stick with that move, you may...

If Sabni decides to stick with his move action:

You take 1d6 ⇒ 5 points of electricity and fire damage. Reflex save DC 11 for half damage.

Seoni, thrown off by the exploding skeletons, misses with her attack.

One of the freakish looking undead comes right at Sabni, reaching out to hit him with a gauntlet-covered bony hand. Luckily, he slips on bits of his recently exploded companion, and misses.
The last remaining one follows suit, and attacks Sabni as well, having similar luck.
