Mostly this is just for fun to create some new weapons for games, and I wanted to let different people state their minds on this...
Probably to start with the most frustrating ones to create, Guardian Weapons and Armor from the commonly known Zelda franchise
Guardian Weapons generally
Construct-bane Brilliant Energy weapons? (frustrating because those things are mutually exclusive pretty much in terms of use)
Ancient Bow: Construct-Bane Distance Longbow with a 1/day Disintegrate SLA (representing Ancient Arrows)
Guardian Armor
Improved 'Guardian' Resistance Full Plate
(Guardian Resistance and the Improved/greater versions of it act as the Energy Resistance enhancement, except in only applies against attacks made against constructs like these 'guardians'... You might need to create a whole campaign around guardians to make them particularly useful)
Guardian Shield
Guardian Reflecting Heavy or Light shield
Guardian reflecting is identical to the Reflective enhancement except like with Guardian resistance it only applies against the attacks made by these guardians. However you gain extra per day uses of the ability.

I would drop construct-bane. The weapons don't do any more damage to guardians, they are prevented from doing less (i.e. Guardians have DR/hardness that ancient weapons can bypass, the master sword beats it by raw enhancement bonus). If you want to emphasize penetration while still allowing them to target undead and constructs, consider the dimensional blade spell. Incidentally, the Starfinder descriptions for Dimensional Slice weapons line up pretty closely with guardian weapons.
I would allow guardian resist/reflecting enhancements to apply to all rays, since the paucity of other sources in BotW doesn't contradict this.
Don't forget Ancient Proficiency. It's the main reason I used Starfinder as the ruleset for BotW link, I wanted to be sure I could be getting weapon power out of my armour.

1: On the 'penetration' side of things I more thought Brilliant energy for a bit more of an obvious reason, the fact that BE is the closest thing to a 'hard light' blade in standard PF.
2: Though for all I know the improved master sword might have this enhancement as well, I do somewhat clearly remember that when you hit a guardian stalker with that sword it holds no damage reduction, and on lesser guardians this can be noticed with other weapons as well. (though I'll test this to be sure)3: I'll concede the Reflecting enhancement not needing to be specific to guardians just because they are the only Ray users in BoTW. Though I still think that the Resistance enhancement should stay specific, just because aside from the standard protection received by the armor it does nothing against the other major energy type equivalents shown in Breath, Fire Ice and Electricity.
4: I know pretty much nothing about starfinder so pardon my not taking that into consideration in the slightest.

And I guess whilst we're on zelda we can mention a few other things
Thunder Helm
Artifact
Powerful to overwhelming Abjuration aura
Grants immunity to Electricity
Allows the wearer to project a 30 foot sphere around them that shares this immunity.
Only destroyed by being in the stomach of some large desert beastie for a week or more (similar to the molduga or tarrasque)
Master Sword
Major artifact
+5 Holy Cold Iron Longsword
At will holy smite
other at will SLAs based on the Amulet used (these amulets are minor artifacts that have no use on their own and are destroyed if the Master Sword is destroyed)
Wielder must either be good or specifically be the hero it was made for.
Destroyed after the following process 1: the Hero dies. 2: the villain it was designed to kill gets his hands on it. It then crumbles to dust.
Great Eagle Bow
Speed Longbow
Allows the use of Rapid Shot and Multishot if the user does not have those feats
Boulder Breaker
Large Greatsword
Halves the penalty to wielding a weapon too large for the wielder, and they no longer suffer any other penalties to their weapon being too large (if any)
Lets you spend an immediate action 3 times per day to use Shield. you gain more uses of this SLA as you level up, eventually becoming a constant shield effect. (immediate action mentioned in that you do not need to prepare an action to use the spell)
Lightscale Trident
Either an actual Trident or Ranseur
Alchemically silvered
grants use of a Cure spell once per day dependent on your level 3 times per day. at level 20 this can also use Heal, and use a charge of this ability as a free action when reduced below 0 hp once per day, even if it is not your turn.
Scimitar of the Seven
Silvered Flaming Burst Scimitar
Allows the use of Call Lightning 3 times per day

The master sword is underpowered for it's classification. An example of a major artiact weapon is total +9 (to the current master sword's +7), breaks the +5 limit on raw enhancement, and can use a 9th level spell at CL 20 (compared to Holy Smite's 4th level). At least give it sharding for physical sword beams.
I don't get the Boulder Breaker's description: first it says the oversized weapon penalty is halved, then it says it's removed. The weapon also might be best represented as an Earthbreaker since it's a blunt weapon
I'm not seeing a reason to have the trident and scimitar as aclchemical silver. If you really want the DR bypass, I could see dropping the extra cost for a mithral weapon that wouldn't take a damage penalty.

Well...
1: Boulder breaker's description was basically from the fact that I was unsure whether oversized weapons incurred penalties other than the numeric ones (like if you couldn't use feats on it or something) so I just used that to double check.2: I went for alchemical silver on the Scimitar because it and the shield mention a lot of relation to Gold and Precious metals and such. Though I guess Mithral would fit that description all the better.
3: with the Master Sword I was unsure of exactly what the numbers were on it. though a +6 holy longsword with another enhancement on it isn't too far off then
