After reviewing the Handle Animal skill, it's in fact neither guard nor stay that you need, but detect. Either one still requires a Handle Animal check, the DC is 10 for a trick that the animal knows, and 25 for one that it doesn't. Of course, if I'm wrong then someone please let me know. But as it is for now, you'll need to make a Handle Animal check no matter what. Of course, with your modifier of +12, you're guaranteed success on all trained tricks. :).

Waking up from a stupor Brewslee sees a door and a lady. Stumbling over he accidentally bumps into Kyra knocking her out of the way.
Reaching down he grasps the handle and opens the door, though it takes a few tries as when he tries to open it his grip slips and he falls on his backside.
With he door finally open he gestures with a waving hand into the room. After yoush ladiesh He says with one eyes closed. As he sweeps his hand towards the door he nearly falls into the room.

Shamak, growling to himself, tries to bash the door, with little success, though.
Break Stuff (Strength): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
Grunting, he says "Anyone got a better idea? A second try, maybe?"

Would everyone please position themselves on the map? Spenser, how does Lot fit into the area? Does he have the narrow frame feat? Or is there something in the rules about large creatures squeezing I don't know about? To be honest, I don't know. No, he doesn't have that feat. I'm not clear on where this door is or how accessible it is (I see three white tiles I assume are the doors, at least two of which it looks like he could reach without trouble). I was kind of picturing the building being ruined enough that he could clamber his way to it - but I really don't know so long as I don't know where the door in question is or how intact the building is.
