Seeing as this tact seems to be getting them nowhere, and seeing as a finer touch may be in order. Joseph slides up to try and get himself into a better position. Setting up for a flanking position if the situation called for it.

I updated the map, Mithas double moves to within 15 feet of Rell

Wintry strikes the rogue with 1 point of cold damage.

Rell realizing there is only one person chasing her, turns around takes a 5 ft step towards Mithas and uses burning hands DC 14 reflex 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21, pass damage 3d4 ⇒ (3, 4, 1) = 8, taking 4 points of damage. Mithas ducks just at the right moment to avoid being completely burnt.
