The party carefully lays out all they found in their investigation. The representatives from the greycloaks are skeptical at the outset, but quickly changes their attitude as the party piles on the damning evidence. One of the contingent's eyes well up with tears, clearly in shock to find out one of their own was so corrupt. The leader looks to Torch who cannot hide a satisfied grin. The contingent leader addresses the party.
"My apologies Pathfinders. We owe you a debt of gratitude for uncovering this corruption from within our ranks. Your mercy is also noted as you easily could have left her to die, and with good cause. Rest assured, justice shall be served with Parani."
The greycloaks depart with the battered but healed Parani. In the coming weeks, Parani is tried for her crimes and ultimately convicted based on the evidence gathered by the party. The story of her defeat and the mercy showed her by the group spreads about the great city and the agents note that the Absalom guard's attitude toward the Pathfinder Society has noticeably softened.
