Anala Sahar |

Anala watches the determined lizaman leader again attack Kilthan. "Surely the creature is deranged to have many battle him and only single out one foe. Justin is just as portent, yet remains unchallenged."
The cleric steps up and again heals Kilthan hoping it will be enough, "May the Everlight alleviate Kilthan's wounds!"

King Shukak avoids getting stuck to the floor, but it is obvious that the goo covering him is affecting his movements. behind you, outside in the hallway you hear chanting from a group of lizardfolk that has gathered. They are not threatening or helping you or the king, but seem to be awaiting the victors of the fight.

Kilthan Hammerstone |

As the lizard falls, Kilthan brings his axe down one final time, this time cleanly across the things neck, the blow taking all the fight out of the ranger, leaving him looking almost as fatigued as his furry companion, now that the rage has ended.
Sometimes all you can do is try to kill it faster than it kills you.... and sometimes it works...even when you don't expect it to. Guess I won't be seeing you for another day or so, after all, Aara...
He reaches forward and scratches Jadgbach behind the ears, whispering in dwarven, "Well done, little hunter. Today, you were the best of us." He finishes with a pat and a final and then stands, taking up the king's trident as he does, surprised at how little pain it causes. He looks at the others and says, "Thank you for the healing, Anala. He'd have put me down for sure without it."
He hands the trident to Justin, "So, from what I understand, you challenged and won, even if the lot of us were your weapons. Let's have them care for the prisoners, make peace with the fort and restore Aara before we hand over your authority?"

GM Blood |

Hishka approaches you with his snake following behind him. The lizardfolk are celebrating but part when he comes through. He address you all in common, "I thank you for what you did for the tribe today. With their deaths, we can once again make our own choices in how to react to you Magnimarians. Now in accordance to lizardfolk tradition, since you have defeated them in combat, you also gain what is theirs. Also I have had reports that the nest of harpies that the king brought in have been killed, I assume that is you. Anything found there in their nest can also be claimed by you by our traditions."
He looks towards the side passage leading out of this room, "I hope you are making haste to the egg chamber, I fear what Ilthane might have done there. Be wary of his guards and kill them, then do what you like with Ilthane's egg, take it out of there or destroy it, I care not!"
With that he begins to walk away before stopping, "Now that Shukak is dead, I will do what I can for the prisoners left with me. They will be awake and ready to talk with you when you get back. The ritual to return your friend is ready and by tomorrow you will be able to speak with her once more." He continues back down the hall towards his room.
Shukak +1 returning trident, amulet of natural armor +1, bracers of armor +3, potion of cure moderate wounds, pouch (31 cp, 35 sp, 210 gp)
Kotabas +1 hide shirt, 5 javelins, amulet of natural armor +1, potion of cure moderate wounds (2), pouch (320 cp, 75sp, 81 gp)
Note: the money for each of them are in crude leather pouches, the potions are in leather waterskins.

Tobar Pannell |
Tobar embraces his dear friend Galopin with clear relief and joy upon his face, tears rolling down his cheeks as he does so. Though the sadness lasts for but a few moments and the previously dour face of the halfling is replaced by a wide and genuine smile. Galopin weaves all over the halfling, dancing from arm to waist and shoulder, before settling upon Tobar's neck and head. Tobar waits for the lizard shaman to leave before opening up "Much blood was spilt here... shall we spill less in their hatching chamber?" Reaching up to stroke Galopin across the head and back before patting the satchel at his side... and raising an eyebrow to the others as query.

Kilthan Hammerstone |

Kilthan asks, "If we're to continue to fight, does anyone mind if I take one of those potions?"

Anala Sahar |

"I mind! Mind in the way that says you had better!"' Anala says to Kilthan thankful that the battle is over. "If you are in need, I still have several spell that I can use to heal some of the wounds."
She also channel's some healing energies to help with lingering wounds. Channel Energy (healing - exclude big bad and his 2 minions)3d6 ⇒ (4, 2, 5) = 11 healing to all.

Justin D'Rite aka Sluuth |

Justin adds the bracers of armor to Aarakess' pack and holds up the two amulets.
"I think Anala and Tobar are the next most likely to be in harms way after Kilthan and I. I could use the returning trident."
To Kilthan: "You can take a potion to use later, but I would rather use our healing wands if you need further healing."

Kilthan Hammerstone |

Kilthan says, "Using a potion in combat lowers my defenses in a way that a wand does not. I'll use only the light potions, though."
(Tempted to add: I seem to have a pouch full of them I wasn't aware of...)

Dryn's throws another bomb and the blast blows away two kobolds, while most of the others manage to avoid any of the splash damage. Justin takes out one with a mighty swing of his axe while Kilthan and Jagdbach each kill one as well. Anala channels healing the party.
Tobar, the way is open for you. You can 5' step to #11 or move past him if you can.

Nice bombing Drynn! This is may be a good time for the ladies to delay and withdraw.
Justin nods to Tobar and points to the wounded kobolds flanking Kilthan.
"We take one of these out, Kilthan, and the ladies can safely withdraw behind us if we adjust to anchor on Jadbach."
Justin shouts to Ana and Dryn:"Wait for us to take out these two and you can fall back behind the Kilthan, Jadbach, Justin line."
