            Dryn, sorry I should have posted this better. With the mimic you are considered grappled, but the only way to free yourself or a weapon is to make a strength check.
Kithan, Jagdbach is grappled due to the mimic being on it, but when attacking with any weapon, including natural weapons you have to make a reflex or those get stuck as well then it takes a str check to free each one including themselves. So he could be grappled by the mimic and have 1 or more of his attacks stuck as well.

            Sandy's hooves get tangled with the mimic causing Justin to have to dismount (Move action). He lands on his feet and slams the axe into the mimic killing it.
Kilthan steps past the tangled up Sandy and slam his now enlarged axe into the mimic bite Jagdbach killing that one.
Dryn'taka takes out her mace and connects with a solid blow, but then has her weapon stuck fast.
Kilthan can relate to you all that it takes about a half minute (5 rounds) for the adhesive from the mimics to lose potency after they die

            Kilthan, it takes 30 seconds or 5 rounds to get free after grappled/stuck
Kilthan moves over and finishes off the mimic. After a half minute Dryn'taka, Sandy, Jagdbach and all of your weapons come free. Kilthan looks into the pit and sees the combination of the fall and the numerous spikes at the bottom finished off that mimic, his axe lays next to it at the bottom.

            Dryn is healed up and a rope can be lowered to retrieve Kilthan's axe.
The crates and chests remaining are all filled with cloth, bottles of ale, and chainmail links.
There are two doors on the south wall that are made of strong wood and is apparent that they have been replaced recently (within a year or two). They both have locks. You are certain the doors to the north are false made to lure you into the trap. The is the catwalk is 15' above that has a door on the south wall as well. (And plenty of crates to pile up if Kilthan wants to resume doing that.

            I can use my flight hex 7 times per day in 1 minute increments. Using a single minute is no problem. I can also survey the room from above.
Aarakess uses the Flight Hex to recover the axe. She also carefully examines the pit to determine whether there is anything else of note in the deep well.
Actually, Cieslx should be able to fly down and retrieve the axe. He is not strong, but the axe should only be a few pounds.

As Justin mounts his horse again she is consfused by his action and comments, "Human custom is normally dismounting and walking into buildings."
She does not move far into the warehouse from her location without stepping first where others have done so, as not to open up any more traps.

            With everything else being a trap, I would think that the unused and apparently abandoned door is more likely the correct one. If nothing else, we can check it out before we check the south doors. I would rather not have something appear on the catwalk and begin shooting at us if there is something less than pleasant behind the south doors.
