Once healing is done....
You head east to check out the next area. This tall, temple-like chamber has a forty foot-high ceiling. Carved stone pillars reach up to the ceiling in elegant lines, but strange clusters of spikes stick up from the floor in two distinct areas, like barricades. Near the doors to the north, south, and east stand carved stone images of tall, elongated humanoid forms. A series of small openings, each about one inch in diameter, festoon the wall between these forms. Beneath these openings are small basins, each about the size of an apple. Strange undulations make the doors and nearby walls seem more like a curtain than a level surface. Twisting runes wind over the walls. The floor has channels carved in it, as if to transport water, but nothing flows there now.

Linguistics Rauno: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (15) + 20 = 35
The language is similar to Auran, which Rauno recognizes, but it different, maybe the original written form of the language Auran came from.
With a little work Rauno is able to piece it out. The runes mention "glorious Icosiol", an "Incomparable Army" and similar terms of praise as part of a general description of the battle of Pesh.
Rauno remembers a number of references in the Whispering Cairn about the Wind Dukes, which Icosiol was one of them, and the Battle of Pesh, where the Wind Dukes fought the forces of Chaos back before the days of Thassilon.
Kelkzar, from the edge of the room, it looks like a barricade of spikes, and not a nest or anything. To verify anything more you would have to investigate it closer.

Rauno murmurs to himself "Wind. Dukes. Wind Dukes. Yes." He turns to the others. "These runes seem to be Auran, though I hadn't realized there was a written form of it. There is a good deal of talk here of a battle, for Pesh, I believe. Look, this here reads 'glorious Icosiol' and this is 'Incomparable Army.'"
Turning away from the runes, he continues with excitement in his voice. "I know some obscure runes on the walls was the last thing on your mind while we were in the Whispering Cairn, but I believe these are related. Those runes there spoke of an age before Thassilon, when the Wind Dukes fought against Chaos. As I recall, Icosiol was mentioned there as well. I wonder if he or she was just that formidable, or is it is a somewhat common name from the era of the Wind Dukes."
Then he pales slightly and adds quietly "Though I don't know how this will help us find Allustan."

Quintus feels his answer is correct coming from the circlet. Indeed the Whispering Cairn was dedicated to the Wind Duke Zosiel and was his tomb.
Also since Allustan was mentioned, his tracks go through the Whistling hallways into this room to the door to the south. I added a path, though of course it isn't quite so straight, but does show his path.
