I am trying to change my email address associated with my account. The site doesn’t recognize it as being valid. I need help.

Hi Chris,

The first thing we ask folks to do in this situation is check to see if the new email address already has an account on paizo.com. If so, you'll need to have that account deleted before you can add it to another account.

Alternately, if your email address has any spaces or symbols, this could cause our website to not recognize it as well.

Please let me know if neither of these solutions works for you!
