Despite the efforts of Ankhet, Kembe, and Usathis, the door is completely unharmed.
There's another grinding sound, and across the room the doors fly open, releasing a torrent of river water into the room. The water quickly rises, filling the entire room and rising up to your ankles in a matter of seconds.
Upon the platform, in the centre of the room, the sarcophagus shudders. It suddenly hops forward, rising up onto its base. The sarcophagus begins to slide forward through the the water, moving right toward you.

Ankhet lets out a shriek of panic as the water begins to fill the room. "It's flooding! We're going to drown!"
She turns to see where the water's coming from, only to see the sarcophagus rise up on its base. "Uh... Uncle?" She looks at the door, then look at the sarcophagus.

"We've got big problems!"
She pulls out an alkahest bomb and tosses it at the sarcophagus. "I'll take care of him! You guys get the door open!"

Her bomb explodes on the sarcophagus' golden lid! It sizzles with acid, but the coffin keeps coming!

Bunursa finishes bringing the statue to the treasure pile. She carefully puts it in the pile. Then she turns around and rubs her hands together. "Let's go get some more!"

Usathis nods at Ankhet. "This is not good."
Then he attacks the door with all four arms!

Usathis manages to chip away part of the stone, but the door's still standing strong! Meanwhile, the water continues to rise, creeping up your legs and nearly reaching your knees.
The sarcophagus glides down the stairs opens its lid and tries to bite Kembe! It chomps on him, but just a Kembe is about to be hurt he flickers out of sight and reappears. Kembe is unharmed!

Ankhet's acid does a lot of damage to the sarcophagus, but Kembe can't seem to get a good grip on it with his teeth. Meanwhile, Usathis chips away a little more of the door!
The water continues to rise, reaching halfway up Usathis thighs, up to Kembe's tummy, and up to Ankhet's hips! The sarcophagus slams into Kembe, knocking him in the face (5 damage to Kembe!). Then the sarcophagus opens its lid and tries to clamp down on Kembe, but it misses!

Despite Ankhet's efforts the sarcophagus is still moving! It rushes at Kembe, completely missing, then spins and tries to to gobble him up! But the blink dog is too fast and he easily dodges the clumsy coffin! Usathis chips away at the door, barely damaging it. The water continues to rise! Ankhet is now up to her chest, Kembe to his neck, and Usathis to his hips!

As Ankhet's acid smashes on the sarcophagus and Kembe bites it's lid the sarcophagus slumps over, apparently defeated. Unfortunately, the door is still standing solid, and the water continues to pour into the room!
Kembe needs to start swimming!
Ankhet is up to her shoulders in the water!
Usathis is up to his tummy!

Ankhet lets out a sigh of relief and puts away her tools. "Everyone look around for a hatch, or a drain, or a level or something. On the walls and on the floor. There's sure to be a way to drain the water out of here."

As the water continues to rise Ankhet and Kembe look around for a lever, while Usathis and Bunursa desperately try to bash down the door. It takes some time, but finally, just as the water nearly reaches Usathis' neck, Kembe spots a strange hatch on the floor! He teleports over to Ankhet and pushes her towards it. Ankhet swims over, pulls out her tools and takes a deep breath, then she dives down and tries to open the hatch. She's under a long time...
The water reaches Usathis's mouth and he has to start swimming! With there water slowing his attacks there's no way he'll be able to break down the doors now!
Finally there's a gurgling sound, and the water begins to drain from the room. Ankhet pops her head back up out of the water, casing for air.
The room drains slowly, but over the course of five minutes there's only puddles left on the floor, and Usathis, Kembe, and Ankhet are left gasping for breath on the stone platform. Wet, tired, but alive.
The door leading to Bunursa unlocks and swings open.

Ankhet gasps for air. "That... was... terrifying..." she groans between deep breaths.

Usathis starts to get worried as the water gets deep. When Ankhet pops up for air he hurries over to her and holds her head up above the water. "I've got you."
When Bunursa finally gets in the room he points at the statue. "Your treasure's fine."
He walks over to the sarcophagus and sits on it. Eventually he opens it up.

Bunursa runs up to the statue and hugs it. "My treasure!" She drags it over to the treasure pile and the comes back to see what's inside the sarcophagus.

Ankhet suddenly laughs. "It was a fake! This room. It... It was a fake burial chamber." She drags herself up to her feet. "Sometimes wealthy people would set up a fake tomb to trick thieves. This was Akhentepi's." She looks at the two secret doors. "His real one must be close. Which way should we go first?"

Kembe teleports over to the doors with the pressure plate and stands right behind Usathis.

Bunursa drags the sarcophagus to her treasure pile, then takes all the wall sconces down and does the same. "Help me, Usathis!"
Afterwards she gets in line at the door.

Ankhet moves over to the southern secret door and activates it.
