The order is messing me up. I should have lumped them together better. I apologize. I think they are all dead?
This 15-foot-by-30 foot room is clean and dust-free. A stack of barrels in the southeast corner are the only furnishings.

You go into that last room because you hear things, and the things hear you, so they're ready for you, and you're ready for them.
Jiankuo goes, then Arbiscar, then the Derro and the Dire Rat will go. If healing or anything is needed, go ahead and do that before you go in the room and attack.

Arbiscar asks if anyone is healed, and channels to heal if necessary.
The dwarf casts then magic weapon on his axe and moves into the room attacking the dire rat at first sight while it is still on surprise.
+1 Cold iron waraxe (flatfooted): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11

In the next room with straw pallets are stacks and stacks of cages full of normal rats. On a small table next to those cages is a small, shiny black rat statue—the jet rat. This artifact gives off a moderate transmutation aura. There is also evidence here - a ledger written in Undercommon - that the derro have slowly increased their slave sales over the last couple of months, with a huge surge in the last couple of weeks.
Anyone who can read Undercommon finds a note in the ledger about a human woman who escaped not long ago and the mite slave that was beaten to death for allowing it to happen.
If none of you can read undercommon, you take it back to the Pathfinder lodge and it is read there.
Boon Rolls:
GM: 1d20 ⇒ 4
Xichikitte: 1d20 ⇒ 7
Jiankuo: 1d20 ⇒ 1
Sebastian: 1d20 ⇒ 9
Arbiscar: 1d20 ⇒ 12
Boon of players choice on a natural roll of 1 or 20
**Re-Rolls not allowed on boons**
If we aren't outside of the time frame for player boons for Gameday 3, then it looks like Jiankuo won players choice. PM me your email address and boon choice, and we'll get started Part 3 really soon (I am not opposed to waiting a week for Xichikitte to get things sorted and get back to his games, what say you all?)

"Ah ha, success!" Sebastian says with excitement as the object is recovered, "I have an extract here that will clear up what these messages say."
Taking a minute, the investigator prepares an extract of Comprehend Languages, drinks it, then translates the documents found.
"What a strange group of conspirators! Druids, necromancers, and derros. I believe the authorities should be notified of this."
