Fifty years ago, a brave group of adventurers journeyed into the depths of the Sunless Citadel. There, they discovered the Gulthias Tree, a magical tree that bore fruit bearing powers over life and death. They also found Belak, an evil outcast druid that was using the fruit of this tree to exact his revenge on the outside world.
The stories of the Sunless Citadel have slowly began to fade from memory, and rumors of unfound treasures and glory have started to spring up in the nearby town of Oakhurst, a now bustling city and trade hub.
