I'm confused: Ulf charged the Dire Corbie, presumably placing him in 1307. The dire corbie then stepped back, to 1305, and the bat attacks, presumably from above. He attacks again (moving to 1306) and the corbie falls back again to 1304. So has Omara circled the central thing (looks like a building? Or is it a gap? if so then the bat is presumably there to attack Ulf) in order to attack the corbie, because even with a reach weapon she cannot reach it past Asha, Ulf, and a 5' gap. Also, is the bat attacking from above, from the side, or on the walkway?

Sorry for taking so long to post my response! Christmas season and all that.
Úlf takes a five foot step forward, again shouting a taunt in Slakd to the dire corby after it's retreat. "Hvor skal du, feiging fugl?! Stå og kjempe!"
With a loud battlecry, he brings the heavy axe down on his enemy once more!
Power Attack: 1d1 + 9 - 1 ⇒ (1) + 9 - 1 = 9
Damage: 1d12 + 8 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 8 + 3 = 20

+2 more if flanking with Omara.

The Corbie manages to avoid Ulfs blow. Asha wounds the bat.
The Corbie begins to cast a spell
Defensive Casting Check DC19 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19
Barely managing to get the spell out before the Warrior and Rogue can strike at it the area around the foul creature suffers a reduction in lighting .
20% Miss chance for all without Dark sight.
The bat bites at Asha but misses.
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11
Omara thrusts at the Corbie hoping to score a finishing hit but the dim light n causes the blow to go awry.
1d20 + 9 ⇒ (7) + 9 = 16 Miss Chance 1d20 ⇒ 13
This is turning out to be a much harder fight for you folk than I had thought it would
Please note the Bat is now out of LoS for Runa and Zal

Úlf, tiring of how long this fight is taking, simply grits his teeth and takes another swing at the hooded figure, finding no more place or time for words or taunts.
Power Attack: 1d20 + 9 - 1 ⇒ (4) + 9 - 1 = 12
Damage: 1d12 + 8 + 3 ⇒ (12) + 8 + 3 = 23

Runa doesnt need to move any further so I'll assume she uses the hex in her turn.
The bat utters a screeching cry that seems to penetrate to your core, most off you fight it off but Omara claps her hands to her ears in pain.
Ulf 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25
Omara 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4 Staggered 3 rounds
Runa 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
Zaladrel just out of range
Asha 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
Will Save 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14
Runa throws her hex and the bat crumples to the battlements where you dispatch it with alacrity.

"All right...now let's look at this building..." Asha approaches the door to the building with the (formerly) glass roof and and checks it quickly for traps (if it isn't open, obviously if it is she peers through it):

Úlf seems entirely displeased with discovering the bat nest and the wonderfully enticing odors within. "Corby is dead now...I think we have not searched castle basement yet, yes? We should go look there."

If that is the last place, let's get it dealt with.
Zal frowns at the solarium. Devastating that such a place could be ruined by...well vermin.

The group was affected by a malevolent effect. I believe I was the only one unaffected at the time. Whether it was illusion or supernatural, it was hard to say but regardless it left most among us quite shaken.

"Mind tricks are not simple, and they aren't something you can fight with an axe, my friend - do not so berate yourself. The best way to face such things is to fill your heart with joy and smile in the face of adversity," Asha grins.
"Besides, there may be another way down..." she adds thoughtfully.

"So...she'll bring him to us..." Asha muses. "Good idea."
And one that leaves whatever hoard this monster has accumulated in the hands of who remains in the castle. Not sure I like that idea, it would be preferable to try that staircase that frightened the others and see what's down there before we leave...just in case, Asha thinks quietly to herself.

Zal nods seriously as the warrior offers the gatehouse. If it makes sense perhaps some in the gatehouse... Zal motions to Asha, Ulf and Omara, and some in the barn? the cleric motions to Runa and himself. Only if the spacing makes sense for more angles of attack, of course...
At the thought of the bottom floor, Zal nods at the Ulfen and winks at Asha, Desna encourages us to always try our luck if we dare. What good is it to only explore a thing partially?
