I must apologize, I have been neglecting my PbP games due to real life turning super busy.

Thanks for the kind words. I have really enjoyed playing, but my workload has become very intense during these past few weeks.
I feel like I'm holding the game up. I can try to post when I can, but I'd need someone to delegate to act for me at other times.

Hmmm ok I'll read the rules a little more closely then :) Do you think it's still worth doing?
Edit: Actually it's a free action to guide the mount. You can only make one melee attack if it moves more than 5', but you can make ranged attacks normally (move + standard, or full attack) if it takes a single move (penalties if it moves further/faster).
So, I think it's a good idea :) Any light, combat trained horses in camp GM..?
OK finally got updated. Thanks for your patience. My posting rate will still be abysmal, but I will post when I can. I trust Muqaq to use me effectively in combat so it doesn't get bogged down waiting for me.

I apologise for the lack of movement recently. I've got some major catching up to do with a few things at work, so I am anticipating that the lag will have to last a bit longer. Thank you for hanging in there with me. I will try to get things moving again soon, but I think that in the long run, it is better for me to get right up to date with my workload, than continue to drag things along here, but not get everything I need to done in my non-PbP world.

A good question, and a fair one. My work schedule is actually easing off a bit, though there is still some seasonal workload issues coming up here and there. The bright side of everything has been that I seem to have gotten caught up with most of my paperwork that was so in danger of getting left behind.
As a result, I would like to move ahead soon; the only delay will be in getting a chance to put together a map for this next altercation. Hopefully I will be ready to do so quickly.
Can I get a check in from everyone, just to make sure you are all still there? If so, I will make every effort to get things going again pronto.

Wow. Quick response. And better yet, everyone is still here. Glad to see it. Any time a game takes a hiatus it always runs the risk of losing a person or two.

It honestly seems like this game is dead if we don't introduce some new players who have more time to post. I enjoyed it a lot at the beginning, but I've completely lost immersion at the pace we're going.
Still busy but winding down.
Unfortunately, I think Muqaq has a very good point... Where is everybody? Particularly Akhom. Everyone was good enough to wait on his during the holidays, but it is high time we got things moving again. At the moment, the chosen strategy was to wait on Akhom to provide the distraction, which was to be the signal for the others to move. Without him, we're kind of stuck.
Immersion is definitely important, and I would like us to try and regain our momentum. Is everyone here still on board with this game? Does anyone need to drop out due to other commitments? Do we have enough people who want to continue to make this game work? Pipe up and let me know where you are with things?
