He then grabs his brothers arm and pulls him aside
"We will go scouting, make sure that none of them are still lurking around."
But he does not go scouting, instead, after getting out of earshot of the group, he turns to Denlin, none of the previous bravado remains in his voice. Instead it is replaced with a very shallow sense of fragility.
"Hey Denlin, buddy. I almost died there. It really shook me up. Im scared a bit." he says while looking at his axe with a bit of apprehension, then up at his brother with that look that a younger brother gives his older sibling when he is being honest and vulnerable, a look you have rarely seen before.

you search the abandoned farm, and you find everything needed to make a camp it appears the these hobgoblins have been here for a few days. (but you can't say how long really)

you also find 5 dead bodies in merchant clothing. they are relatively fresh (not more then 24h old)

I mean, not as good as me, but I'd rather have him with me than half of the worthless riffraff I've trucked with before.

Denlin heads off with Brian to scout. "I know brother, that was one of the closest fights I have ever been in. Those hobgoblins were suspiciously well armed and equiped. Are you feeling alright now after the healing?" He asks concernedly, then starts rambling a little. " I hate getting jumped by cowards using bows. I mean, using a bow is fine, but standing up to an oppoenent with a sword in hand... exciting and honorable..." Denlin

I don't say it not fought bravely. But it's still an animal. I let the follower of nature take care of these kind of things. But my god don't expect me to do the same as yours believe.

Galdamor gave Silvanius the wand Denlin lend him a few minutes ago.

What do we do about these dead merchants ? Do you know them Mr Frodo ? And where are their goods ? It's strange that there is nothing here or on the hobgoblins, isn't it ?

After it has worked its healing magic, Silvanius returns the wand to Denlin.

At Galdamors' argument, Silvanius simply shakes his head - "Again friend, you will of course do exactly what your common sense and your faith dictate - I cannot uderstand it, and do not see things with such sharp contrast as you do. As a follower of Nature, I would not hesitate to land healing magic on you, even though you are not an animal, so I am at a loss as to why the reverse is not valid" - he smiles again - "It is irrelevant however, one has to simply follow one's own ways - it is not my place to question it.
