Yorn tumbles past the rat to flank the leader with Mark.

Rat will get an OA

acrobatics: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (7) + 13 = 20

flank atk on leader: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (18) + 10 = 28
dmg: 1d12 + 6 + 2d6 ⇒ (5) + 6 + (5, 3) = 19

Yorn Lands 9 damage on the Leader.

AoO: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (13) + 10 = 23 Damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11

That brings Yorn to 12 HP.

While I'm thinking of it Climb Yellow: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (16) + 7 = 23..Climb Green: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 20 Very close but the do not make it out.

My acrobatics is against his CMD, not an attack, btw. If the CMD is not beat, then he gets the attack.

Maggie rears up on her hind legs, pawing at the air with her claws and roaring in defiance! Total defense action this turn.

Mark, feeling revitalized from Kierra's selfless healing, roars (entering a rage) and power attacks the leader as Yorn strikes her.

Powah!: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (20) + 12 = 32
Critical Powah?: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (10) + 12 = 22
Damage!: 1d12 + 12 ⇒ (6) + 12 = 18
Critical Damage!: 1d12 + 12 ⇒ (7) + 12 = 19
3x Critical FTW!: 1d12 + 12 ⇒ (9) + 12 = 21

WOW. 18+19+21= 58-10=48 Mark Decapitates the leader of the Tower Girls with one swing!

The rest of the tower girls drop their weapons and surrender when this happens.

The Large rat attacks mark but Maggie rips its throat out before it can hurt her master.

With a greataxe, your always 1 crit away from trivializing an encounter!

Nalun asks the elemental to gather up the weapons of the Tower Girls.

Male Human Druid 1 0/0 XP 19/19 HP 1 Armor

Mark spends a round giggling, covered in blood and panting heavily from the effort of swinging his greataxe through the unfortunate victim's neck. He turns to one of the surrendered tower girls, clutching the greataxe with a murderous gleam in his eyes...then the sounds of Maggie destroying the rat shake him loose from his rage, and his strength leaves him in a rush. Heaving out a heavy sigh, he takes a knee and allows Maggie to lick his face clean.

F Human Fighter 4

Shalee tosses the shortsword from hand to hand, twirling it. "Nice sword. A little short, but you know, the right technique and size doesn't matter so much." She then looks at Mark's handiwork. "Though size has its advantages, too."

Yorn calms himself once the fighting is over and mumbles in a whisper to his belt. "Good job on the tumbling. Could you, maybe, have a little pep talk with my axe?"

What do you do to the tower girls? And do you press on or head back?

Gonna give you a load of treasure to sell. It past time you need magic weapons.

Whoa. Dude. Give us a little time to reply before busting out the bold-text. Your last post was 11:40 at night last night and then you posted again 8 hours later. I know you're excited to continue on, but give us a break man!

Mark stands after giving Maggie time to lick his face. It leaves his face wet with tiger spit and not-quite-clean of the leader's blood. Angrily, he glares at the Tower Girls. "Should've surrendered sooner." he spits at them, taking out a large rag and beginning to clean his battleaxe's blade.

He glances over at his friends. "Those bastards did a number on me. Kierra helped me feel better - thanks again - but I would be open to heading back and delivering our prisoners." He stands, straightening up and shaking his shoulders loose, putting on a brave face. "That said, I can press on too if I'm the only tired one."

Male Slayer 8| AC 22 T 17 FF 16 | HP 73 | F +9 R +10 W +5 | Init +3 | Perc +11

Nalun is too excited to turn back now... Also, do you have specific treasure to give, because I suggest rolling randomly =)Let the tower girls go I guess, Nalun isn't a bloodthirsty sod, he doesn't like all this violence. He just wants to find cool magic and study it.

M Half-orc Rogue 4 HP: 35/35 AC: 17, F:3 R:5 W:1 CMD: 19 Perc:+6 Init:3

Yorn nods to Mark. "I'd love to keep going, too, but I think Mark's right. I'm feeling pretty beat up. We can always come back, especially after I get a nice weapon like Shalee's that can deal with these...things," he says, motioning to the girls.

"I say we turn 'em in. Might be a reward."

Male Slayer 8| AC 22 T 17 FF 16 | HP 73 | F +9 R +10 W +5 | Init +3 | Perc +11

I hate to point out, that if we leave we are giving whatever else resides here plenty of opportunity to set nasty traps for us. Look what happened when one of these got away. Nalun gestures to the Tower Girl.

Male Human Druid 1 0/0 XP 19/19 HP 1 Armor

Mark sets his jaw with determination. "Maggie needs medical aid before she can do any fighting," he insists. Turning to Kierra (Or Hjelmet!) he asks, "Can you do anything about that?" there's a tender pleading note in his voice and eyes as he asks for help for his tiger.

Grand Lodge

M Half-orc Rogue 4 HP: 35/35 AC: 17, F:3 R:5 W:1 CMD: 19 Perc:+6 Init:3

Yorn nods to Nalun. "I hear you, friend. But we're exhausted. We've never faced anything like this. We can come back, fresh and better equipped to deal with it."

What kinds of spells does Kierra have left?

Sorry no hatefulness intended. I'm used to this game moving slower. I just wanted to make sure you knew I was waiting on your move that's all.=D

Really not sure. She does have that wand I have her in the crypt though.

I can tell you about this place if you let me go! One of the tower girls speak up.

I will get you a random loot horde for fun here in a bit.

Male Human Druid 1 0/0 XP 19/19 HP 1 Armor

Mark sniffs, wiping his nose as he glances over at the Tower Girl. Then he glances back over at the brains of the party - namely, everyone else. He cocks an eyebrow in question.

Wand:
Was that a wand of clw? if so can we imagine that she has 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11 charges left?

F Human Fighter 4

"Start talking. When I think we've heard enough for your freedom, I'll let you know."

11 charges of CLW it is!

Yes ma'am

Here is what she tells you more or less.

Your are in B15. Check the map.

B 16.

Two Tables of planks and trestles have been set up in here, and a large alcove holds the ashes and soot stains of many recent fires, along with a stone statue of a beautiful woman wielding a ranseur. A hooded lanter burns atop one of the tables

The Tower Girls use this as a common room for meals and meetings. The statue can be identified with a successful DC 25 Knowledge (arcana or history) check.

B17. STAIRS DowN
These stairs descend down to area B22.

B18.
Several crates, barrels, and sacks lie here, stacked in an orderly fashion in the middle of teh room.

The Tower Girls store foodstuffs here. These consist of
barrels of salted fish, dried beans, and stale bread, sacks
of rye flour, two casks of Varisian whiskey, and boxes of
traditional Varisian spices.

Male Human Druid 1 0/0 XP 19/19 HP 1 Armor

Mark rubs his chin, trying to decide if the Tower Girl is just spinning lies to be set free.

Untrained Sense Motive: 1d20 ⇒ 7

B20.

A dozen bed rolls occupy this large chamber, and a few pieces of crude wooden furniture have been set up between them-a couple of scavenged chairs, a bench, and a short table. Torches mounted on brackets in each wall burn merrily.

This chamber serves as the main dormitory of the Tower
Girls and accommodates far more than are currently
present-the Tower Girls sleep in shifts. It also serves as
their storage for artifacts they have looted from the piling
and intend to sell, all packed in bags and crates.

B 21

This is a breeding room for their Donkey Rats.

B 23.

Several pieces of furniture decorate this room, the modern furnishings clashing with the ancient carvings of Thassilonian wizards crafting deformed monsters from dead bodies decorating the walls. Luxurious crimsion Varisian drapes have been pinned up in an archway to the southeast.

The sound of wind and waves comes from the narrow
windows to the east that look out over area B1-as elsewhere,
each of these windows is masked via a permanent illusory
wall (Will DC 18, CL 15th). The furnishings in this room
were brought here by the Tower Girls-in area Bz3a, a
large comfortable bed sits surrounded by crimson drapes
as well.
This room was the personal quarters of Ayala Javeski, the leader of the Tower Girls.

Ayala Javeski was one of a dozen wererats born to
a established clan of wererat Sczarni who dwelled in
Riddleport. Infighting and treachery eventually saw the
destruction of that clan, with several of the siblings fleeing
the city rather than be slaughtered by their kin. Today, the
only scion of this clan who still lives in Riddleport is the
crimelord Ziphras. Ayala ended up in Magnimar, where she
worked for several years as hired muscle for the Wreckwash
Blades. Through a combination of manipulation, seduction,
and coercion, she managed to become apprenticed to a
local cat burglar who taught her many of the finer points of
breaking and entering. She repaid him with a knife to the
back, leaving his bleeding corpse in a gutter one moonless
night. Since then, Ayala has founded her own female- only
gang of cat burglars, calling them the Tower Girls.
The Tower Girls have thrived under Ayala's hard-nosed
leadership. But after a failed attempt to seize power from
the Wreckwash Blades forced Ayala to flee Dockway and
go into hiding for a time in Underbridge, the Tower Girls'
fortunes seemed to be growing shaky. The discovery of the
chambers within the Crow represent a great stroke of luck
to Ayala-she hopes to use the treasures she finds within
to restore her gang's place in Magnimar's underworld. The
apparent betrayal of Natalya has left Ayala in a particularly
bitter mood.

B23.

Is also where you will find your treasure.

You are told B 19 is an empty room.

Right in front of The leaders room there is a set of double doors that the Tower girls have not been able to go past.

B22.

A massive pair of double doors dominates the western end of this spear head shaped chamber. These doors are made of a silvery metal decorated with images of burning eyes that look inward toward two sets of runes carved on to the face of each door. The walls bear the remains of complex mosaics taht onece covered much of them, but which has crumbled and collapsed in heaps of colored tiles and debris around the edges of the room.

These double doors are stone sheathed in a layer of hot siccatite, one of the seven types of skymetal. The tiles on the doors bear Thassilonian runes in a pattern that you recognize-they resemble the paradox box's tiles

If you touch the Door you feel...:
Physical contact with these silver doors deals 1 point of fire damage per round. When two runes on one door are touched simultaneously, they magically exchange places (runes cannot move from one door to the other). The Tower Girls have had no luck so far getting through the doors, much to Ayala's growing frustration, since until the anagrams are solved, the "doors" are a solid block of siccatite- encased metal embedded in the wall. There are two different sets of runes on each door. The left set spells "LISTEN" while the right spells "THE EYES."

Wand:
So 11 charges is 11d8 + 11 ⇒ (4, 7, 8, 5, 5, 1, 2, 1, 7, 2, 5) + 11 = 58 points of healing, can we pretend that the party receives this much healing and call the wand good?

Grand Lodge

M Half-orc Rogue 4 HP: 35/35 AC: 17, F:3 R:5 W:1 CMD: 19 Perc:+6 Init:3

If that's the case, then I guess Yorn would be up for continuing a little further if folks want.

Male Human Druid 1 0/0 XP 19/19 HP 1 Armor

Mark sniffs again as the Tower Girl finishes speaking, and maybe after Kierra uses up the rest of the wand. (good thinking Nalun, summing it up like that.) "Doesn't seem like there's that much left here. Be a pity to just leave it lying down here. Maggie and I are feeling better, let's head out."

Guys for GM help, post how many HP you are down so we can see who needs healing and allocate the HP healed.

Grand Lodge

My current quick stats are accurate. Mark's down 22 HP, Maggie's down 22 also.

Ok so, everyone would be healed fully from the wand!
