(Feel free to continue roleplaying leaving out of town I just want to give you the next step for when you are ready to proceed.)
By the maps you see that the crypt is located roughly 40 miles to the south of Kassen, meaning that traveling on foot you should arrive at the end of the next day.
You have only been traveling for about 2 hours when The narrow path winds through the raking claws of the trees, now bereft of their leaves, which crunch loudly underfoot. Up ahead, a fallen tree trunk blocks the path.
Yorn
|
Grinning and rushing up to the fallen tree, Yorn exults in the chance to use some physicality. He moves to one end and attempts to lift just that end of the trunk in order to swivel it out of the way.
strength check: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24
GM: Dave the Dwarf
Just as Yorn rushes forward move the tree suddenly 6 snarling humanoids leap up from behind the log, all greenish skin and fearsom tusks, bellowing vulgar challenges.
Yorn's momentum and strength are such that without meaning to he bull rushes one of the Orcs back over the tree.
(Yorn please make a Will Save)
(Nalun please make a Perception Check)
Everyone roll Initative.

Guys, the orcs are exhibiting strong magic
knowledgearcana: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26
Nalun continues scanning to get more information on the aura per the rules for detect magic.
Guys, I'm actually on vacation but I have internet access via my ipad. My posting might be kinda limited till next week. I'll be around though.

Yorn jumps onto the fallen log and with a roar brings the full weight of his great axe down onto the orc that he pushed over the log seconds before. The orc's head splits like an over-ripe melon.
There are 5 orcs left no one except Yorn is in melee range right now.
Shalee if you want to take another action I don't feel that doing your dazzling display should take your entire action. Everyone Skill checks will not take you combat action in a round. I don't know if that is pathfinder rules but thats how I wanna do it.
Also our Druid dropped due to the speed that the game is moving. He did not want to hold us back. We will continue with 5 as I very much like the characters we have.
Shalee and Kierra you can both take your actions.
Nalun Elzrahar
While wielding the weapon in which you have Weapon Focus , you can perform a bewildering show of prowess as a full-round action. Make an Intimidate check to demoralize all foes within 30 feet who can see your display.
I think there are other feats that let you intimidate as a move or part of an attack action.
Kierra
Kierra takes a deep breath and planting her feet, she begins to chant and make intricate movements, almost a dance, with her arms and upper body.
"May the wind bless you and keep you safe, may Gozreh smile upon you and give you strength!"
Kierra casts bless: Bless fills your allies with courage. Each ally gains a +1 morale bonus on attack rolls and on saving throws against fear effects (1 minute)
GM: Dave the Dwarf
Shalee you go ahead and take you combat action anytime, but I am going to go ahead and do the 5 orcs. We will just assume your display took some time to finish this one time only.
Orc 1: This orc is to the left of Yorn the other 4 are to Yorn's right.
Orc 1: Attacks Yorn with its Greataxe attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
Orc 2: Comes toward Shalee to attack. attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
Orc 3: Comes toward Mark to attack. attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12
Orc 4: Comes toward Maggie to attack. attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
Orc 5: Comes toward Kierra to attack. attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14
Mark Talbot
Mark whistles a quick note at Maggie. Handle Animal, command: Attack, free action: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
He then charges at the nearest orc, drawing his Greataxe from across his back as he does so. "EEEEEYEAHHHHHHHH!" he roars as he swings his axe in a quick arc. Attack: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 23
Damage, if hit: 1d12 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
DM, I'm actually not certain on what to do for Maggie's turn if I fail my Handle Animal check. (DC is 10 to get it to perform a trick it knows.) Best I've been able to find so far is that they "do what they would normally do in the situation", basically acting autonomously of my commands. If that's the case, I would assume that Maggie would attack the orcs, since master is attacking them. If you would rule it some other way let me know.
Maggie sees Mark attacking one orc and charges another, claws extended in a pounce! Attack, bite: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
Damage, if hit: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
GM: Dave the Dwarf
I'll always go the rules light approach so I agree that she is not gonna stand there and be attacked.
You both maul your orcs. (Please explain your hit and damage. Just for my knowledge not cus I think you cheat =P)
Will save add +2 Mark
2 left one on Yorn at the tree and one on Kierra near everyone else.
New round same initiative.
Mark Talbot
Mark's hit for that round: Strength (4) + BAB (1) + Bless (1) + charging (2) = +8 to hit. Damage is Strength (4).
Maggie's hit: Strength (1) + Bless (1) + charge (2) + BAB (1) = +5 to hit. Damage is Strength (1).
Mark will save: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 3 = 14
Maggie will save: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 2 = 12
GM: Dave the Dwarf
[dice=will save] 1d20+7 You said at +4
Nalun continues concentrating on the magical auras. Specifically the one off to the left.
GM: Dave the Dwarf
Mark's hit for that round: Strength (4) + BAB (1) + Bless (1) + charging (2) = +8 to hit. Damage is Strength (4).
Maggie's hit: Strength (1) + Bless (1) + charge (2) + BAB (1) = +5 to hit. Damage is Strength (1).
[dice=Mark will save]1d20+3
[dice=Maggie will save]1d20+2
Thanks makes total sense!

Mark hrmphs and hefts his greataxe to inspect it. Sure enough, no orc blood. It's just as well, Mark thinks to himself. As "first kills" go, it wasn't very impressive. Aloud, he says, "Well, it was fun to get the blood pumping, anyway." Maggie checks her claws and rumbles low in her chest in displeasure.
Mark will check the surrounding area for any other surprises, then continue on.
