It wasn't clear how far out of the fog and swarm, which is large, you moved to get clear. if you are only 5 ft out and then moving back into the fog cloud you are in the swarm again and the space filled with bats.
The fog cloud is 20 feet high for point of reference.

Orsin do you need to roll the damage each round?
The ground troops fighting in the squad one push their attacks.

Sorry for the learning curve Baldwin. I will learn to be more specific. This is much different than tabletop and much to describe! Thanks for your patience.
No problem, so long as everyone is having fun. The addition of a third dimension adds to the complexity. It gets complex form my stand point too keeping everything organized and as clear as possible.
So you dipped 5 feet into the fog just over Orsin's head. you are basically standing on the tall fellow's shoulders right now.

Lucrezia- took a 5 ft step and fired two arrows both missing

Foisa - hold
Ground Troops, Squad 1 - Three troops press the attack on Duncan and John. One hit on Duncan 7 HP. Two in rear try to put out flames and break glue.
Squad 2 - stand and move 15 feet, still in sleet storm.

Sorry, not sure if we're into a new round.
With a glance down and then checking on the enemy archers who're aways off on their barge, Sunny scuttles backwards, away from the roof edge. Lifts into a crouch and then,
Acrobatics Check:1d20 + 8 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 8 + 1 = 20(At least a +1 bonus from Andrea)
Leaps across the alley to the roof opposite.
So..leaping from 'G-36' to 'G-31'. (^_^)
Least I think it's 'G'.....If not 'G' then 'F'.....Which ever makes more sense, since Sunny isn't yet about to jump out into mid-air. :P
(Note, I am unsure a to any difference n elevation between one side of the street and the other, but Sunny should make the gap with her Ninja skillz.) (^_^)

You a human appear in the crows nest P17, there is flash. There are three figures in the crow's nest all looking the same.
There is a sudden burst of fire that is centered below where the swarm is attacking, a fireall ball catches all except Sunny. This includes the enemy. The fog in the 20 foot radius burns off.
Damage, reflex save for half 17: 6d6 + 3 ⇒ (1, 2, 4, 6, 1, 3) + 3 = 20
I'll roll the saves on the swarm, NPCs and enemies under a separate post.
in case anyone has spell resistance: SR: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22

The bats squeal but make the save for half damage. 10 HP, they are still there.
Squad 1, grunts: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21
The grunts make it but take 10HP of damage.

The leaders take 10HP of damage.

Just to make sure, is the fog now dispersed for round 4 actions?
The 20 foot radius around your is definitely dispersed. Andrea's air elemental would move some additional air...I'm not sure where she put it though. I haven't looked at stats on the air elemental but it take 4 rds to dispurse a fog cloud if 11 + mph, 1 RD if 21+mph.
there is a sleet storm in front that extends 20 feet high, you will need to make a perception check.
