In a display of brutal prowess, Lightbringer knocks the warforged warrior back on its heels.

Ez, Gil, Faith, Kaz.

Ezreal glides above the blighted landscape and calls down another fiery explosion on the remaining warforged and their leader. As the flames dissipate the warmage is revealed for the first time as he launches into another spell.

Empowered Fireball (via Eberron shard) vs W4, W5, Dragon and Darkheart: 10d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 6, 5, 1, 3, 3, 2, 2, 2) = 29 *1,5 = 43

Ez, does the shadow demon act on your initiative?

Taking advantage of a lull in the melee about Darkheart and his draconic steed, Gil casts a spell targeting the enemy leader.

Feeblemind. Will DC 22

To overcome Spell Resistance, if necessary: 1d20 + 12 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 12 + 2 = 29 (Caster level, Spell Penetration feat)

After casting, she moves to N5 to avoid being targeted by the sound of her spellcasting.

HPs: 96 / 96, APs: 11/8 Effects: Karnnathi Wizard (Universalist) 12 / Cataclysm Mage 1

I dont know how it is supposed to go, but I acted for the possessed forged on his own init. I'll stick with that since I started that way but should probably have looked that up in advance.

Faith moves up to get a better shot at Darkheart.

Move: move to Q18.
Standard: attack against Darkheart.

Attack (divine favor): 1d20 + 14 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 14 + 2 = 23. Damage 1d8 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 1 + 2 = 9.

Kaz, W5, Hal, etc.
Reminder: Kaz’s righteous might expires after his turn.

W4 and W5 are killed by Ez's fireball even if they save.

Saves
Darkheart Reflex 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
Darkheart Will 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (8) + 9 = 17
Dragon Reflex 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (3) + 14 = 17

Two warforged drop as Ezreal's spell erupts on the battlefield but somehow Darkheart and the dragon-construct are still standing. But as Gil's spell takes effect Darkheart gives a mindless howl of rage. An arrow thuds into his chestplate but he hardly seems to notice.

Kaz. Then a really pissed-off DH and his mount.

Don't forget your righteous might expired. You'll have to decide where your coordinates are on the map now that you're no longer large size.

Warforged 773, Janosz, the possessed W6, LB and Rod.

Energized by his wild surge, Warforged 773 moves up to stand shoulder to shoulder with his fellow warforged, Faith, and unleashes a bolt of electricity at the dragon.

Move action: move to R18.
Standard action: manifest augmented energy push (electricity) coupled with wild surge vs. dragon.
Attack (ray, PP8 plus wild surge): 1d20 + 8 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 8 + 1 = 23 ranged touch attack. Damage: 6d6 + 1 ⇒ (1, 6, 4, 2, 3, 2) + 1 = 19 electricity.

Warforged 773 is down to 47 power points.
Faith benefits from the surging aura.

Start of Round 4.
After Gil’s turn, extended haste expires.

Going through the opening in the glass palisade, Janosz joins the warforged before letting off an arrow at the dragon.

Move action: move to P18.
Standard action: attack vs dragon.

Attack (Deadly Aim, bless, haste): 1d20 + 19 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 19 + 1 + 1 = 29. Damage: 1d8 + 11 ⇒ (6) + 11 = 17 plus 1d6 ⇒ 1 fire and 1d6 ⇒ 3 electricity. Total = 17 plus 1 fire and 3 electricity.

W6, Lightbringer, Rodergo, etc.

HPs: 96 / 96, APs: 11/8 Effects: Karnnathi Wizard (Universalist) 12 / Cataclysm Mage 1

The warforged sniper throws his crossbow to the ground and extends one hand toward one of the fallen warforged and hurls it at Darkheart before moving around to circle the dragon.

Telekinesis (Violent Thrust): 10d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 1, 1, 3, 2, 2, 3, 4, 6) = 31
I'm assuming one of the knocked out warforged nearby is around 250 lbs. If they are lighter drop a d6 for each 25# less. The movement will provoke from the dragon.

Dragon's reflex save v Warforged 773's Energy Push 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (8) + 14 = 22

The dragon avoids the full blast of Warforged 773's energy attack, but it is still sparking and twitching as it recovers. Janosz's arrow pings from its armour without causing any damage.

Suddenly one of the fallen warforged is flung through the air by an invisible hand, slamming into Darkheart where he rages in the dragon's saddle. There is a loud crack as the force of the blow crushes his head and tears it free, leaving it dangling by a few fibrous cables from the stump of his neck. Darkheart falls backwards and slides down the flank of the dragon with a metallic screech to lie in a twisted heap by its feet.

Darkheart down.

As the possessed warforged circles, the dragon swats at it with a claw.

Lightbringer glances down at Darkheart’s fallen form, his own armoured carapace crushed and rent. Offering a silent prayer to the Silver Flame, he hefts his sword and charges at the dragon.

Swift action, cast Grace – movement avoids Attacks of Opportunity.
Full round action: Charge to V9 and attack, using power attack, furious focus.
Charge attack: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (20) + 20 = 40 damage: 2d6 + 20 ⇒ (3, 1) + 20 = 24 Attack counts as magic, good and silver.
LB earlier chose Darkheart as his Smite Evil target. I am assuming the dragon is not somehow part of Darkheart, but if it is and smite evil applies, add +4 to hit, +13 to damage and the attack overcomes DR.

EDIT: Crit confirm roll: Charge attack: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (17) + 20 = 37 damage: 2d6 + 20 ⇒ (2, 5) + 20 = 27

The healing burst should reach all allies except Gil and Ez. He excludes the dragon (and Darkheart). Healing: 6d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 4, 6, 4, 3) = 25

LB doesn't need to cast Grace, as W6 has already absorbed the AoO (I assumed that was why W6 was sent dancing round the dragon). Instead, he can use another Smite Evil to target the dragon, if he prefers.

Right - he'll do that then. Total damage with smite and crit should be 77 in that case.

Lightbringer collides with the dragon. His sword, powered by righteousness, hammers into the creature's metallic body, crumpling the plates that make up its integument.

I did not expect Darkheart to go down at all.
Are there any invisible warforged still skulking about?

Ezreal leaves a few scorch marks but the dragon seems largely resistant to hit fiery ministrations.

I basically forgot about the other invisible warforged, but I reckon there were enough area effect spells going off to hit him where he stood behind the dragon to polish him off. So let's assume it's only the dragon left. I think that's probably enough.

Kaz, Hal, Dragon, etc.

Seeing his friends challenging the dragon, Haladon stands up and closes with it while continuing with his healing.

Swift action: heal with lay on hands.
Move action: stand up from prone.
Standard action: move to T7.

Lay on Hands: 6d6 ⇒ (6, 3, 5, 4, 5, 5) = 28.

Dragon, Warforged 773, end of round 4.

Does Faith want to declare the dragon her Smite Evil target as a swift action?

I had forgotten about that. Yes, Faith will choose the dragon as her Smite Evil target.

Therefore, her attacks go up by 2. Hitting at 30 and 23, respectively. If her first attack is successful, damage is +14 to a total of 19. Unless it's not really dragon but a construct. Then her damage is +7 and total is 12. Her second attack if successful, damage is +7 to a total of 16.

DR is bypassed and Faith's AC goes up by 2 to AC 23 against the dragon's attacks.

Did you use an action point or do you want to use an action point? You can roll an AP if you like if you haven't already, but I don't think you get a reroll if you already have.

The adventurers close in on the warforged dragon. Kazadar's morningstar misses any vital components and Faith's arrows bounce from the creature's armour, while it simply ignores Gil's spell. But the multiple targets seem to confuse it and it lashes out in all directions.

Spell like ability provokes AoO.
Telekinesis: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15 + the dex bonus of the warforged.
So likely 20+ since he is a ranged character but very unlikely to hit a mechanical dragon's AC.
It does do Damage to Darkheart: 1d6 ⇒ 4 just to add insult to injury if he is currently inactive but not dead.

Lightbringer hammers furiously on the dragon but fails to inflict any damage. Gil casts her spell to imbue the attackers with speed and accuracy.

Assume Ez delays for Gil. So it's Ez, Faith, Kaz, Hal.
