Hallf - The whole readied action moves your initiative thing messes with my characters and companions act on the same initiative rule. So rather than splitting you into two initiatives, he just gets shunted lower, even though he should technically be between you. I'm actually kinda miffed that no one saw fit to mention the readied action rule yet when we've been playing for months and I know I've let you guys get in "two turns" on bad guys by doing that. Just roll with it.

A goat legged man with horns appears and Hallf orders,

"Demon, suggest it stop fighting for time, since it kill us anyway, and stay still to tell us about the other things in this place."

The Satyr nods and readies himself setting its pipes to its lips and as soon as the Shadow Demon emerges again it plays and suggests,

"Since you are bound to kill us anyway demon, I suggest you stop attacking for a while stay put and tell us of the other inhabitiants of this place we shall never see."

Wracking his brians for something else he can do against this vaporous shadow monster Hallf decides to try wreathing it in faerie fire and twisting green flames envelop the shadow thing.

DC 18 Suggestion no SR as this is an SU ability. Please note that this ability technically effects everyone, but I'm trying to have the Satyr specifically target the demon by making it clear the suggestion is only for it, I hope that seems reasonable. If its not I'm guessing the Satyr would know so he'll just use his spell-like ability instead which is DC 17 instead of 18.

After removing any signs of Asmodeus, which unfortunately necessitated breaking the stained glass window and thus allowing another avenue of ingress, Sigmund paces the walls of the church chanting prayers to Iomedae and holding her symbol aloft. A feeling of holy goodness fills the space as it becomes consecrated. When he is finished the noonday sun still blazes in the sky outside.

Not more than a minute later a loud knocking comes at the chapel's outer door. "Is there anyone inside?" comes a call from without. The language is Common and the accent of Mendev. "Hellooo? Anyone home? If nobody answers I'm coming in..."

Sigmund opens the door and the the group sees a female knight in plate armor standing there with light brown hair, a steel shield and a longsword in hand. As Sigmund's channeling passes over she makes no outward reaction. However something's not right. Not right at all. Sigmund's mind breaks through whatever illusion is cloaking this "Raina" to see that it is not a woman that he just let in, but rather a fifteen foot tall, scaled, four-armed demon. It's head is like a scaly wolf, it's upper arms the pincers of a massive crustacean. The rest of the group perceives her as nothing but a woman unharmed by Sigmunds channeling. The demon sees the look on his face however and says, "Pity. At least you're smarter than the other group. REVERSE GRAVITY!"

At its words, the party finds themselves rocketing upwards to slam into the ceiling of the chapel as if they had just fallen twenty five feet.

Anyone without a fly speed, or levitate is stuck in place plastered to the ceiling.

The blow clangs off his armor but he completes his spell anyway, undamaged. A spiritual longsword appears to attack the woman.

Peitry also stands, and attempts to cast a spell.

Sigmund sees the monster swipe at him, but the demon misses again. Peitry finishes his spell and everyone can feel themselves speed up significantly. Haste.

Raina looks at Hallf and says "You look stunned." looking at Peitry she says, "And you seem confused."

She cast Power Word Stun and Quickened Confusion respectively.

Hallf stands there, unable to move, mouth slightly agape. Yarra looks to her master unsure what to do. If you want to I can have her attack, but there's a decent chance she'll get killed. Up to you. Remember this is the "you can't really win killing off the people who left the game encounter." Not saying you won't have a chance for revenge later, just keep that in mind.

Dun dun dun! Okay. I wanted to get the whole you guys being screwed thing over with as quickly as possible as it's probably not very fun for you. I will work on a post detailing what happens next tonight if I have the time. Whenever I do get it up, it will be in the other thread, but I will post a link here.
