So Kelend grapples and then sends him to the ground, knocking him down as to not break the grapple, the prone advantage disadvantage cancel each other out, and kelend his dead with a warpick to his dome. The Duergar then stands.

Kelend looms over the duergar holding the creature's head into the ground. With some pent up aggression, Kelend attempts to slam the creature's head into the ground.

Still a bit confused, but I think I'm just going to wait and observe what happens from out of the way. Unless someone thinks I should cast a spell...Is anyone in dire need of healing?

Nope, no sacred flame. No damage-dealing cantrips, and only one spell that does damage at all. Everything else is heals and buffs. Weapons is how I deal damage. Unless someone can advise me on a better set of thematically appropriate spells.
I will wait until I either have an opportunity to open the door and move the fight out of the room, or someone needs healing or stabilizing. I can stabilize people all day.

@Kelend - Eledia doesn't throw her daggers...but I forgot to check if she has any ranged weapons. And I think I am the squishiest healer with spells remaining right now...
If it's not to late to change my action for the round, I will put away my daggers and get out my sling. And still stay out of the way.

Basically it's leaving his house without permission but in more legal terms.
With their duergar and drow problems behind them, the characters still have the problem of the Red Plumes and Constance. Because of her parents' deaths, the dye production process has slowed considerably. Constance needs more time for the dye to be ready, but the Red Plumes expect the shipment by the next morning.
