Hello everybody!
I am the GM in a winter-themed campaign and I can't for the life of me find a specific item again.
So it's flavored like the fairytale snow queen's ice shard, that was in that boy's eye.
The user can poke someone with it and the affected creature gets the cold subtype, extra cold damage and the user gains control over that creature.
I believed it was somewhere in the reign of winter books but can't find it again.
Can someone help me with it please?

EDIT: It granted charm monster 3/day for that creature affected with the ice shard(?)
I could find nothing like that in my Herolab database (which is pretty extensive). Sorry.

I didn't know you could search for specific properties on AoN. Was only looking on d20...That item didn't pop up for me there.
Maybe someone else has an idea?

To be more verbose, I have had good luck searching for magic items or feats by using keywords or spell names with the Nethys search function.
I don't know of any such item. If it isn't on Nethys, odds are it's either really new or third party.

Mindmaster's Eyes (Ultimate Equipment) is at will Charm Monster (DC19) for 95,000gp. There are others that grant a single use, and a Wand (of course) of Charm Monster. Nothing specifically with 3 times per day limit.

Hm that expensive Item wasn't it. It may be that i made the 3 times a day up?
I remember seeing that Item somewhere in paizo material when looking for something fun to mess with for my Changeling Player.
I am at least sure that the Item made the affected creature's skin white like snow, it' s aura pings evil and cold and the user gains control over the creature.
