Help with witch feats

Advice

Sovereign Court

Ok, so my gm is not allowing "extra hex" or any hex feat beause we are not using that manual... so far i have toughness, iron will, improved iron will and craft wondrous item.
The witch so far uses condition removals in combat and the standard hexes, at 7 ill use vermin shape II into spider to fire some webs and have tremorsense and some bonus, but the idea is to minimize the amount of spells per encounter in order to have some availiable to removals, fly, some divination spells and other usefull things.
The thing is that i dont know what else could i use, the books are standard, advanced (not advanced class) and ultimate magic.
I thinked about improved initiative, quicken spell or maybe improved and grater fortitude... any lead?

Get Persistent Spell at level 7 (because you'll probably want Quicken at 9). With Misfortune Hex, the creature has to roll twice and take the lesser amount. If they still manage to save, Persistent Spell will cause them to need to save again, and therefore roll twice again, and take the lesser amount.

Edit: Use a level 4 spell slot to have a Persistent Beguiling Gift spell, and keep a nice collection of cursed items in your bag for just this purpose. You can simply go up to the BBEG, cast persistent beguiling gift, and hand him a Necklace of Strangulation (or whatever cursed item you have). He's going to have a 1/4 chance to roll something less than a 5, so we're looking at a decent chance for success here.
