Eclipsed Continual Flame Object and Stealth...

Rules Questions

In theory, unless in full daylight, a character carrying an object with Eclipsed Continual Flame on it, would be able to use Stealth at any time (because it has concealment of shadows)?

If this was cast on a ioun stone and I had implanted this ioun stone on me, I'd be, in fact, be carrying "darkness" around me like some scary supernatural entity?

Also I was wondering:

For shadow-dancer and assassins...dim light needs to be within 10 feet, but they could be in normal light or even in daylight??

Thanks,
Skarm

It's like you know me.

I preferred the necklace option since I could put it away under my tunic. Regarding light levels, as long as you're not in bright light, yes, you are able to use stealth against things that don't have darkvision. Enemies with darkvision can still see you just fine, so you don't have concealment against them.

Re: Hide in Plain Sight for assassin and shadow dancer, as long as there is a shadow within 10', you can be standing in a spotlight and use stealth, yes.

Wow...the necklace idea is really cool!! :)))

However, to be honest I had thought the ioun stone because was nice for it to be going around me... :)
