Most viable build with +0 BAB throughout its career?

Advice

Thought experiment for your bemusement - what's the "best" character you can construct that maintains +0 BAB? The moonshot would be making it to level 11 while still remaining at least semi-relevant in a PFS game, but even up to level 5 could be a challenge.

My first thoughts are Sorcerer 1/Dual-Cursed Heavens Oracle 1/Bard 1/Luck domain Cleric 1/Witch 1. Use Color Spray/Awesome Display to knock out enemies, and use Inspire Courage, Bless, Bit of Luck, and Fortune hex to buff your allies, and dual-cursed Misfortune to buff your allies and debuff your enemies.

Any contenders???

Silver Crusade

If you're just interested in level 5 you definitely need to take a level in a pet class together with Boon Companion. Or levels in lots of classes that give you pet levels.

Throw in a race with natural attacks and unchained rogue and accomplished sneak attacker and you're definitely relevant at level 5 (+5 from Dex, Weapon focus, M/W weapon, +2 from dervish bard, is livable for a level 5 character).

I think you could continue this route and get a pet that keeps you relevant (not optimal but relevant) to somewhere significantly past 5 (although likely not 11). Boon Companion and lots of 1/2 Bab or 3/4 Bab pet classes. UMD and scrolls for some better buffs.

Your character would definitely be mostly a Pet delivery device and skill monkey

Reminds me of the “one level man” build from a few months back.... let’s see, where is it...

If it doesn't actually need to be used in PFS, then going VMC wizard(void) will give you a good ability to contribute to combat at level 7 in Reveal Weakness, that that has what seems like a mistake in working off caster level, if your gm rules that way it's a bit harder. For that you want a high int. For earlier levels it seems best to rely on an animal companion. So we'll start with hunter to get an animal companion and take Celestial Servant as an Aasimar to get the celestial template. Keep taking levels in classes that grant animal companions, at 3 we get a familiar, at 5 take boon companion. After 5 take whatever. I don't know any more ways to continue animal companion advancement, it might be better to go animal ally, but then you don't get the companion at low levels.

With this you get an animal companion to level 8 and reduce opponents saves by half you level without a save as a standard action. Also you can get a familiar/improved familiar who can use a wand of haste.

1 hunter
2 druid
3 sacred huntsman inquisitor
4 lunar oracle
5 monk for saves
6+ other classes for saves.

Here was my take on a +0 BAB color spray/awesome display build, with a level in sorcerer, mesmerist, and eldritch scion magus to stack up on the uses per day, plus mindchemist alchemist to boost Charisma and some feats to enhance the DC even higher.

And here's a +0 BAB build for the ultimate channeler, capable of suppressing any condition in the game with a 17/day channel energy that can be activated with a move action, while also handing out loads of rerolls and the occasional freedom of movement.

Both builds reach these insane heights as early as level 5, although they can easily tack on other classes like bard and witch for useful abilities like the one you mentioned.

I'd prolly go for a natural attack build which stacks up static modifiers. Sadly I think keeping your BAB at +0 will be terribly restrictive. Archaeologist bard and Medium are good places to start but from there on you are hard pressed as you can neither take a level in a full BAB class nor a second level in anything else.
