This thread is to provide updates on the order creation and fulfillment process for subscribers to the Pathfinder and Starfinder Society Roleplaying Guild Scenario Subscriptions.
Subscription orders for scenarios are created a few days in advance of the date which we settle against payment methods and fulfill PDFs.

Alrighty, folks! The order generation process is chugging along, and seems to be working as intended. I'm keeping an eye on it for now, but it'll take a while to finish up, so I'll likely leave it to run overnight and check back on it in the morning. Just let us know if it seems like anything weird is happening with your order in the meantime.
Maybe this is a silly question but should starfinder superscribers who receive free pdfs of the scenerios be getting emails saying their order generated? Or are they added in some other way.
If everything went as it should, you should have a complimentary Starfinder Society subscription. This should send emails like a normal subscription would, it just shouldn't have a charge associated with it.
If anything seems amiss with your account on this, please let us know.

Remember, in order to qualify for the free Starfinder Society Scenario, the most recent release(s) from each of the four physical Starfinder Subscriptions must be fulfilled for you. For September's Starfinder Scenario, this means you have to have the following items fulfilled through your subscriptions: SFAP #1, SF Condition Cards, SF Flip-Mat: Basic AND Starfield, SF RPG CRB.
If you have any questions about this or issues with your subscription, please let customer service know.
I don't seem to have my SFS PDF. The My Accounts page says that I have a pending order (which I cannot find), the My Subscriptions page shows 1-04 Cries from the Drift as still Pending, and that item does not show up on the My Downloads page.
But I am not a venture officer.

I've nudged the order into submission. You should now have the PDF! You may see a $3.99 charge and then a $3.99 refund as I made a slight mistake while nudging things. I apologize for any confusion this causes.
Sorry to pile on but I seem to be having the issue as well, I got the email and have been charged, but no SFS 1-04 :(

I am in the same boat, My SFS 1-04 is stuck at pending as well.
I also seem to have SFS 1-04 stuck in pending. Looks like I got the same mail as Damanta.
My order (4510900) just seems to have vanished. I don't see it in my pending orders nor did it complete. I did mention in another thread that I had received an email saying I didn't have a payment method applied (which I did, but for some reason wasn't picked up). I then re-applied the payment method and now I'm in limbo.
Not wanting to pile on, but several other people have reported not getting their PDFs here. The last few postings appear to be for this month's scenario.

My Scenario for Starfinder still just says pending. My condition cards order also did not fulfill properly earlier in the month.
It appears that due to the issue with Condition Cards not generating correctly earlier that the SFS subscription then didn't generate/fulfill correctly. I've nudged the scenario so it should be available now and I apologize for the inconvenience.

There appears to be a larger issue(s) going on with Starfinder Superscribers Starfinder Society Scenarios and we are actively working on getting the accounts that should have gotten the PDFs fixed. Once the issue is resolved I'll post an update and if you are still missing the scenario, please either email or start a thread for your individual order/account. As threads like this stack up with requests it makes it difficult for CS to track which accounts have been resolved.
