You all have posted in the right place (and, for the record, I don't have my scenario PDFs either). Here is a useful quote from another forum:
Katina is getting the engines warmed up for the Starfinder Society and Pathfinder Society subscriptions right now. I would direct all posts about a specific month's batch of PDFs to our Customer Service subforum though, so that she and the rest of CS can keep better track of your posts :)

Update to my quoted post above: Katina is working to resolve issues for subscribers whose PDFs did not spawn as I type this. She's indicated that she should be wrapping that process up for the larger group of folks who didn't fully later this afternoon. If you're still running into issues tomorrow morning, I would follow up in a separate thread.

#1-00 is not part of any subscription, as it is a Starfinder Society Special.
So, just to confirm -- if I am a Superscriber and want a PDF of scenario 1-00, I should just go ahead and buy it, right?

I still have not seen my Starfinder Society subscription processed. Am I hung up with the Goblins as well?
I didn't subscribe until after my normal subscriptions had already been processed, but I thought these processed seperately at the end of the month, no?

You're right that they are processed separately.
According to this post from Chris, they should have all been finalised by the end of today so if you dont have access tomorrow morning, it sounds like that'll imply some glitch with your account. In that post, she recommends starting a new thread in the CS forum so they can chase down the issue.

Correct. As a superscriber, you should receive your Paizo Advantage discount also.
I wasn't even thinking about it when I bought it, but looking over the receipt email I did not get the Advantage discount applied to the purchase.
Not that big a deal for me but it might be affecting other people as well.

Huh, I just checked and the same applied to my order of 1-00.

I noticed that there was no indication of the discount when I first added 1-00 to my shopping cart -- but then I did something else with the shopping cart and the discount showed up. It seems as if the application of the discount is somehow one action behind in being applied.

Hello Wraithguard,
Thank you for letting us know. You should be able to see the PDFs on your My Downloads page now and you should be receiving an email confirmation (the more recent one is the correct one). It looks like the system charged you for the PDFs though. I have issued a refund and you should be able to see it as soon as your bank processes it (the most recent email confirmation will reflect that).

I'm a Starfinder superscriber, but the SFS Scenarios haven't shown up in my downloads yet either. :(
P.S. I picked up my physical copies at Gen Con, if that matters.

You don't see the society scenarios because none of your starting items have shipped out yet. All of your subscriptions are starting with items not yet released. Your subscription benefits do not start until the first subscription order has shipped.

Same. I see that my scenario is listed as "Pending." Is there anything I can do on my end to fix this?

I guess you could mention it in the thread that I cited. Apparently several people's subscription PDFs failed to drop this time around.

I'm going to lock this thread up. There appears to be a larger issue going on and we are actively working on getting the accounts that should have gotten the Starfinder Scenarios fixed. Once the issue is resolved I'll post an update and if you are still missing the scenario, please either email or start a thread for your individual order/account. As threads like this stack up with requests it makes it difficult for CS to track which accounts have been resolved.
