a few days before the release of Starfinder I put in an order for the Core rules book and the subscription of accessories (of course I wanted the first AP but that was already sold out before release, which sucked). One of the items was the "Starfinder Core Rulebook Pawn Collection". I noticed that "Starfinder Pawns Base Assortment" would not be released for a while so I just added the pathfinder ones to my cart and checked out.
Flash forward to today I receive everything from my order except the "Pathfinder Pawn Base Assortment". I goto "My Account" and check "My Orders" and it shows the "Pathfinder Pawn Base Assortment" in my "Sidecart"! What the heck am I supposed to do here? I don't want to pay for shipping again. I guess what I need here is to just cancel it and I will buy from MiniatureMarket from now on.

Hello Uselessmidget,

Your sidecart is where items go to wait when they will be shipped out along with a subscription order. The bases have not been released yet which is why they didn't ship with your previous order and are in your sidecart. They are an October release. Did you want me to cancel them?

Diego, I said in my original post I did not order starfinder bases. I ordered pathfinder bases. I just double checked, it is indeed "Pathfinder Pawns: Base Assortment" that is in my side cart. I don't understand why they didnt ship it with my starfinder order.

The Pathfinder bases were on backorder while more were produced. They arrived in our warehouse on September 11. Since they were not available when the subscription order was generated they were not pulled into the order. When it generates the subscription orders the system looks in the sidecart and pulls anything that is ready to go into the order. It does not look into the sidecart again until the following month. So if something is added to the sidecart after the order is generated, or does not arrive in our warehouse until after the order is generated it will wait for the following month. Even if the order hasn't shipped.


They were ordered at the same time and listed as instock. Regardless cancel all my orders and subscriptions please.
