Can Liberty's Edge PCs take Andoran prestige awards?

My (Liberty's Edge) Paladin 8, Mr. Proudefeets, would like to become Sir Proudefeets. Can he get the Knighthood prestige award from the Andoran section of the Pathfinder Society Field Guide (he has the required 40 fame and I'm willing to spend the required 4PP)?

Yes he can. Welcome to Eagle Knighthood.

Hmm

4/5

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Similarly, Sovereign Court folks can take Taldan rewards, Scarab Sages can take Osirian rewards, and Dark Archivists can take Cheliax rewards. Thus my Sovereign Court investigator is a Lion Blade and has a noble title so he can do his James Bond thing.

Ok, so are there *any* mechanical ways in which the new factions are not equivalent to the old?

Exchange can have Qadira rewards, but not Sczarni rewards.

Dark Archive 4/5 *

The old faction traits are also no longer legal AFAIK, unless you took them on a PC that started in the old faction.
