Transaction declined, all information correct

I tried purchasing the bestiary 6 pdf four times over the course of last
night and this morning.

I double-checked everything, and I am sure I spelled everything correctly, none of the information changed, and it works fine on other services.

I really don't know what to do.

Hello Richter,

It looks like you got the order placed early this morning.

The declined we were getting were, "General decline of the card. No other information provided by the issuing bank." This is a decline on the banks end, so I don't have more information about why it was being declined.
