How to "introduce" Dark Souls in Pathfinder

Homebrew and House Rules

Hi everyone, after hours of searching in the web with no results, I've decided to ask directly a help on my problem.
As written in the subject, i need help to "introduce" some of the Dark Souls mechanics in Pathfinder. I've arleady applied some of them such as armor stats (e.g. damage reduction) and rolls. But what i'm not able to add is the matter of poise, i've absolutely no idea on how it should work in Pathfinder (how much is the limit , how much damage is dealt to the poise by a type of weapon, etc...).
I'll be very grateful if some of you have ideas for me.
Best Regards

I would say probably say if the total damage dealt to the person exceeds AC before the start of their next turn, their speed is cut by 20 ft, and they must take a standard action to roll on their next turn. Another good mechanic to add would be a sense motive check vs their attack roll to act as a parry. My suggestion for a backstab would be if two people were flanking a single target. Wherever the target attacks is where they face. Whoever is facing the rear side of the target gets an attack on their turn that should be a -5 to attack (-3 with flanking bonus) for double damage.

A direct translation of mechanics won't work. I'd recommend researching games other than Pathfinder if that's your goal. Also:
