So, I noticed that my order says "Product(s) not in stock". I did a little bit of checking, and everything seems to be available. Which product is out of stock?

It looks like the item Pathfinder Miniatures: Harrower, is one that we are waiting on to make it to us from a supplier.

(It has a listed product availability of shipping from our warehouse in 2 to 18 business days. Items will a longer window like that are ones that we will need to get in from a supplier. More details about product availability can be found here: http://paizo.com/paizo/faq#v5748eaic9n0o)

Unfortunately, it looks like it is taking longer than we were hoping for that to make it to us. If you want to make any changes to the order, please let us know.

Ah. If that's the only problem piece, can we split the order so that the rest of it ships?

Hi Scribe Goseet,

No problem! I've split the delayed mini into a new order (#4060081), and I'll get the rest of this order on the way to you as soon as possible. Once our warehouse has processed the order for shipping, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way.

The Harrower will remain pending until we receive it in stock, and then it should ship out automatically once it's ready. If you want to add anything to that order, you should be able to do so in the shipping options if you're creating a new order. However, if you want to alter or cancel the order, I should be able to help any time up until it's processed for shipping.
